Really, people like the atmosphere? Maybe if you remove a couple of the rude employees it would improve. Total attitude, gave the girl my name for the order, repeated it twice politely, spelled it for her and she just rolled her eyes. Bagel was good, coffee bland.

Stopped it for a quick breakfast and coffee we're out of 75% of the bagel and cream cheese varieties they offered iced coffee was fine sandwiches came out mixed up. Atmosphere was nice good place to meet up with people will try again to see if they have some of the rest of the menu they offer that was unavailable

Tasty lattes with non dairy milks! Selfishly wish there were some GF and vegan treats, but coffee is my main treat in coming by from CT. Visited 3 locations, liked them all.

I have by far never not enjoyed breakfast like that in my life... I ordered a NoHo from there which came out cold, and they don't even know how to brew their own coffee... my order total was 13 dollars almost for a sandwich with 3 eggs instead of 1, a medium coffee, and a scone... I don't mind paying money for a good breakfast, but when my sister ordered the same sandwich and a small coffee and her total was 14 dollars, something was fishy... apparently the prices they have up on their board for sandwiches are not updated with what they are charging people... a NoHo is 6.25 on their board, and they charged us 7.75 per sandwich... really? Heard their coffee is good, and as a coffee lover I am always willing to try good coffee. They don't even put enough coffee for u even feel it... it's literally coffee flavored water... what a complete waste of 30 bucks on breakfast... if you're ever in the area, I definitely suggest you go to Rice's Fruit Farm in wilbraham, ma, and save yourself a total regret...

Local spot definitely worth trying but beware- you will likely get hooked and end up doing every weekend or more. Food is amazing bit the coffee is even better! I recommend the nitro cold brew.

Love the coffee and the Greenfield shop is great. I went to the East Long Meadow shop however, and twice now I have ordered and been charged for 1 pound of coffee beans and was shorted by several ounces each time.

I always go to Shelburne Falls Coffee Roasters in East Longmeadow MA for coffee. The coffee is always fresh. They have a variety of coffees to choose from.

Ordered a coffee (over $6.00!) and sat to wait...and wait...and wait...after seeing over five customers served that came in after me, I asked about my coffee. They completely forgot about me!
Can't blame lack of workers being that there were 3. Can't blame me being out of sight because I was right in front of the counter. It is what it is...
I didn't see waisting my breath complaining, but I'll tell you this...(1) the coffee was expected to be hot, it was colder than warm. And (2)...I won't go back...what a surprise.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, coffee is on key, food is very good, I highly recommend the grilled cheese! One of my favorite breakfast places around.
