I am very disappointed with the service here. I place my order on the Shelburne Falls app and I'm supposed to be notified when it's ready, but I never get a notification. After waiting past my ETA time, I go to the shop and find that my food is sitting on the counter. When I open the bag, my food is always cold. This has happened to me several times, so I won't be ordering from here again.

Excellent coffee. Great place to stop for a bite to eat. Their coffee is unmatchable. They do an excellent job at roasting. If anyone is looking for a coffee worth talking about, try the Organic Peruvian. A coffee that will have you coming back for more. If you want to cut it with another coffee, I would suggest the Ethiopian Yurgicheffe. These two coffees will compliment eachother nicely.

By far best coffee around here! Toasted coconut and Maple Nut cold brews are amazing! Also I love the lavender coffee in the spring/summer they come out with. I am so glad that we have this in East Longmeadow 😭! Staff has always been so nice I at least go in 3 times a week. I would stop at the original shop when going through the mohawk trail which is also very good. The Greenfield and buckland breakfast sandwiches are very good!

When I'm in the mood for a fresh, strong cup of joe, I'm never disappointed with the Cafe Americanos from this place. The peanut butter cookies are worth driving many miles for too!

Unfortunately, my 1st time here was a bad experience. The counter waitress was dis engaged and not too polite. Never put my flavor pumps in my cup. Had to ask another employee. He was SUPER helpful and on point though.
Then my coffee flavor ran out and they never replaced it. On top of that the whole milk spit out some kind of watery, white substance. It too was not replaced. Food was done well though
We sat and ate for about 20 mins. Seems like lots of regulars were engaged and talked to, mostly by the young man who I mentioned earler. Honesty, if not for my interaction with him I would hav rated 1 star. Everyone I talked to was surprised at my experience. I may try it again because people rave about it. I gope a better experiance next time

My new favorite coffee spot. It's out of the way to my jobs but I make the effort to stop in before work whenever I can. The seasonal Maple Bonfire Latte is WORTH it!

They charged me $1.50 more than what the banner says for the noho sandwich (originally on banner it costs $6.25, I got charged $7.75) when I asked why is that she said tax. A whole $1.50 for tax?? The associates need to learn their math all over again. Then I asked for three eggs in my sandwich they gave me one egg and I had to ask them again so they added two eggs to my sandwich . The sandwich tasted disgusting I took one bite out of it and dumped it in the trash . Their coffee is so watery , they can't even brew coffee right . The sales associates are extremely slow and no one has a smile on their face . Definitely not worth spending $15 on a bagel and a small coffee !

Coffee and pastries are good but it was the world’s slowest service. It took over half an hour to get a cup of cold brew! And I wasn’t the only one, everyone waiting were getting anxious over the wait. I would never go back.

Work takes me throughout the Pioneer Valley. I plan my coffee stops around their locations from Shelburne Falls to East Longmeadow. I enjoy the strong coffee. My favorites are Christmas Morning and Coconut Cream. The pastries are great.

Finally a local place with real bagels. The coffee and tea is great and they have quite a few good choices for breakfast including breakfast sandwiches, granola, scones and homemade cream cheese. Definitely the only place in the area with good coffee and real bagels.
