Shelburne Falls Coffee Roasters

Disappointed. My Hadley and Greenfield breakfast sandwiches and two honey wheat bagels were served as two Hadleys (one with an inexplicable orange schmear) and two pretty stale honey wheats. I can't eat bacon so the lack of the Greenfield meant I had a bowl of cold cereal for breakfast instead and my family rejected the stale bagels (I don't blame them.) Unfortunately I got take out so we didn't figure this all out until I was already home. So one person of four actually got breakfast out of this visit. Probably not coming back for awhile. The one of us who ate the normal Hadley says it was good.
I called first to more privately convey my experience to the shop but the line was busy after several tries.

I really dont know why I continue to try to come here thinking it will be a better experience each time. Sandwiches take at LEAST 20 minutes to make. The staff is always new and inexperienced and mess up my coffee order every time. Sorry, i really want to like this place but I'd rather go to Dunkin at this point.

Coffee is (or has been) good, but I got the worst tasting iced tea an hour before close yesterday (a 5 dollar, 22 ounce large) and a super stale piece of cinnamon pecan bread because they had no danishes or pastries at 4 pm on Thursday - both got tossed. Disappointed and extra disappointed for the price these things cost

Bagel was good quality so was the croissant but the bacon is clearly microwaved which doesn’t sit well with me and sent it back twice because I requested crispy bacon and it still came back soggy… twice

One of my favorite coffee places ever. I used to drive up to Shelburne Falls just to buy my whole beans, because they have SO many flavors! Glad there's a few more scattered around for my Shelburne fix! Their sandwiches are amazing, too

Had to wait 30 minutes for a to go breakfast sandwich. Should let ppl know there’s a wait.

A disappointment every time we’ve gone. Syrupy and room temp chais. WAY too much cinnamon making drinks undrinkable. Burnt sandwiches. This place is awful. Expensive waste of money :(

The birthday cake lattee hits My sweet spot in just the right way. There weren't as many cookies as I had hoped, but that was fine because there were other bakery items to enjoy. I had a maple walnut scone and it was pretty good. The selection of sandwiches were varied but not too wide as to be overwhelming.

It was my first time going to this coffee shop after going to a different place where they made the coffee wrong! So i told my girlfriend that i would give them a shot and she really liked her coffee. I really liked my sandwich. I'm definitely gonna be going there more often! The staff was really nice too!

The quality has tanked. They're always busy and very slow/backed up. The bagels are meh and the sandwiches have just gone down hill. Coffees taste chemically. Disappointing for the price.
