Shelburne Falls Coffee Roasters

We really used to like coming here. But I have to say the last SEVERAL times we have been here the service has been painfully slow, especially if you order food. The menu isn't that large and the food itself doesn't take extraordinary effort to make. It shouldn't take over an hour to receive a breakfast sandwich like it did today. That's with us ordering online, showing up a few minutes after our pickup time. People have things to do and can't wait around for an hour for what's supposed to be a quick on the go breakfast. Why bother having an online ordering system? It pains me to write this, but there's plenty of places that have figured it out by now deep in this pandemic. You guys really need to get back to basics and figure it out because this level and quality of service won't help retain customers.

Nice place I ordered a sausage and cheese on a bagel with no egg and they literally gave me a wet bagel with only egg on it. It was good wet and the staff was really nice. I’m so hungover it was really upsetting but hey it happens!!

I go to shelburne most mornings and it’s always delicious! They have some of the best breakfast sandwiches and their seasonal drinks are amazing (especially the sugar plum latte which has an actual sugar plum in it!) Not to mention the service is always friendly and welcoming! Now that I’m able to order ahead on the app the wait time has been cut in half!

Shelburne Falls Roasters has some of the best coffee around! Whenever I happen to be nearby one I pop in and grab some whole beans and coffee to go. This time around I was on the road and saw this location amongst the Dunkin’/ Starbucks wasteland and was overjoyed. I drove almost a half hour out of the way to pop in. As I write this, I am sitting here sipping my freshly pressed maple nut coffee very grateful.

Decided to take a trip to Boston recently, and on the drive up I was looking for places to stop. Well what a treat coming to Shelburne I love nothing more thank going to a shop where the baristas take their time making a drink so it’s perfect, and the delicious bagels they had. The cute guy I was was with got the Birthday cake cold brew, even though it was my birthday 🤫 I got the sensual chocolate covered strawberry latte and we split a butterfly berry iced tea. I can wait to make another trip up!

I think the coffee is pretty good, however I always get an iced latte and it is always warm with just a couple ice cubes in it. Some staff are friendly but a number of them have attitude. It seems they cater to the people they know. Waiting is not a problem for me . It's like they are doing you a favor.

Always choose small coffee shops over chain. This place has amazing speciality coffee and great sandwiches/pastries. Coffee has great texture and taste. They always get it right.

Would have given that five stars but I ordered two coffee in a pound of coffee beans for my mother and mother's day period yes they were very busy but I ordered two maple cream ice covers and a pound of sugar not maple beans for my mom period I ordered the coffee at 10:30 and I didn't walk out of the store until 10:54 and people after me where getting served and leaving. I asked to employees I'm waiting for my coffee beans and they said okay and completely did nothing there was only one girl there but I actually went and got the coffee beans as soon as I said something I don't know her name but she was on the register yesterday morning.

Great location right off the rotary, you can easily grab a coffee and walk down to Pete's Sweets and grab a cupcake. Wonderful selection of coffee and cold brews, the Raspberry Chocolate was particularly good. Small seating area is intimate and sweet, overall great experience.

Good loose leaf tea, but they don't know how to brew out. I wish they had a tea pot (tea leaves need space to infuse. They put it into a tightly packed bag). But it was really good tea, and quite generous with it.
The mixed berry scone was really good.
Nice atmosphere and nice staff.
