Shelburne Falls Coffee Roasters

I always stop by here when I’m in a East Longmeadow. I love the environment, I’ve never had a bad experience, and the coffee is the best coffee in the area hands down. There are so many different roasts, and their scones are delicious. The staff is always very pleasant to deal with.

Food and coffee is good. But the service is extremely slow to nonexistent. They “lose” my sandwich order after telling me it will be right up, or some other reason it is not ready. And takes 30+ mins to remake it. They need to work out a better system for order pickups. Terrible experience time after time.

This is my favorite coffee place. I don't drink coffee except for here. Their cold brews are so good, I recommend the toasted coconut. They serve breakfast sandwiches all day and have vegetarian options. My favorite place! I moved to Connecticut but whenever I visit family in MA I always stop by!

Absolutely love their coffee! So many varieties and always fresh. Also loving the fall decor and coziness. Service can be a little slow which can be frustrating if you’re on a time crunch. Won’t stop me from picking up my beans though!

One of my favorite places. Latte amazing, different types of milks offered. Servers are really sweet. I always try to leave the unpleasant feelings outside their door. Great outside seating.

Shelburne Falls has wonderful coffee and a very friendly and attentive staff. I have been going for a long time (but not frequently) and the consistency is great. The flavor of the coffee is unmatched.

This place is very coo! If you're a coffee enthusiast, then this is your one stop shop. They have all different types of roasts at your choosing, and they give you the option to take them as whole beans or for them to grind it. They even have other fun options like nitro brew. Definitely give this place a try, you'll be happy you did!

I have had my favourite coffee here but it seems they have yet to figure out a way to seek consistent because I haven't been able to figure out what to order for it to come out the way I like it. Some days are too sweet others too bitter. One day I got a coffee that was way too bitter asked for then to fix it got met with an attitude. I know it's a stressful job sometimes but the store was dead and I was the only customer. There was no reason for the hesitance to gety my coffee right. I haven't had a good coffee fron them in a while so I just stopped going. There food was always good and consistent though.

I placed an order online, the food was good but I was charged twice for it. I called to get a refund for the second charge, the person I spoke with told me they are unable to refund online orders and offered me a credit. I don’t understand why they would not be able to refund it, and I wouldn’t typically make a big deal out of something like this but the transaction was for almost $30. I’m now disputing the charge through my bank.
