I came for coffee; left with burnt dark liquid and -5$. You had 1 job and that’s why it’s one star.

New Zealand invented the flat white which quickly became the normal coffee throughout Australia, too. NZ flat whites are the best, but Coffee Republic might be making the best flat white outside of New Zealand. Wonderful coffee, excellent service. Well done, Tiz. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pros: very friendly. Has games including a chessboard. Has a bulletin board with community events and businesses.

Cons: Overpriced especially for a bag of coffee. $19!? I'll stick w/ Swings and Orinico from VA (former sold in Balducci's and latter sold a block away at Safeway), which are about $12 for the same size. But I'll continue coming in for the occassional $6 golden milk.

Staff are openly rude and arrogant. They gossip about folks calling in and about their peers outside of work. Creates a pretty toxic environment.

Great atmosphere, good bakery and sandwiches and ok espresso drinks BUT HORRIBLE drip coffee....tastes like maxwell house ....if you're going for drip coffee stay away.

I went here last week for a meeting with a friend. The ambiance was pleasant and the wait staff was very friendly. I ordered an iced coffee, it was mostly good. My main dissappointment was that I clearly got the bottom of the container since my coffee was filled with grounds. I would probably go again.

My favorite coffee shop in the area! You’ve got drinks with unique combinations and lots of flavor to simple and bold pour overs. Everything is customizable. Homemade pop tarts and blueberry turnovers are amazing.
