Really delicious food, both the breakfast sandwiches and dim sum. Pumpkin and banana lattes were great. We also sprung for the froyo and it's a must try, so many good flavors in a unique form factor. Love this place and we will definitely be coming back.

Very cute little Cafe! They have a smaller selection of books then I was expecting but it's still a nice selection. My boyfriend and I got the morning sandwich, joyful platter, and the wild berries waffle. Everything was very good. Especially loved the waffle, it was light fluffy and had a good taste to it. Definitely will be back to try lunch!

We just happened to be walking by this place and we were hungry. My wife is gluten free so we stopped in to ask if they had any gluten free options and they have a GF waffle! We both got one and they were delicious. They also use homemade whipped cream. They have indoor and outdoor seating, books to read, and a lot of different food items, including take away options. The price was a little high, but it was a cute place to try and service was very good.

Super cute cafe - I LOVE the vibe here. There is a seating area on the first floor and when that is full, they have additional seating in the basement which is also used as a studio for paint nights and social activities. They have a variety of breakfast options, dim sum (can order or buy frozen to go), drinks, and desserts. The oreo macchiato was good. The waffles were good too but I would recommend sharing - I thought I could eat one but it was really big! I chose a matcha waffle base and added oreo topping, and it came with whipped cream and syrup.

This cafe is just so lovely & cozy 💜My friend & I were just passing thru when we found this cafe. Really needed their cold brew tea (had the mango flavor recommended by the friendly barista) since it was a rather warm day.

It really was the perfect stop for us to sit & hang. Great atmosphere, books selection, lunch food selection, desserts, & of course coffee/espresso drinks and other refreshments.

Will grab another opportunity to stop here again! 🙌

Positively lovely spot. This cafe is a hidden gem. Went with a friend for coffee, got the latte (cute bear figure built-in the cup) and cashew chicken. Friend got an organic lemonade (with the cutest daily quotes on the cup) and the Kung Pao dumplings, served in a personal sized steam basket. Everything was fresh and amazing, the food was a true home-stlye recipe and were packed with flavor, yet very light and satisfying.

Service was akin to visiting a good friend or relatives, with a warm friendly feel and a cozy home vibe, where you can relax. There are usually only one or two service employees at a given time, small shop and operation, but very kind and chill vibe. Plenty of parking at the back of the building and they even offer their food goods for sale (frozen) if you prefer to make food at home that's made with care but premade for convenience. Totally worth a try. I'll likely come back to try the waffles and other specials soon.

Came back so I added a pic of the to go menu and the Oreo latte.

Happy Lunar New Year!

Visited FD Book Cafe for the first time today!

The cashier/barista was incredibly kind and hospitable. She was doing double duty as she rang me up, prepped my drink (matcha latte with oat milk), and also retrieved checks for tables on a busy Saturday.

The price was on-par with most shops serving hot craft drinks, so I took the plunge. This latte did not disappoint— it was not too sweet and went down smooth.

Their dim sum and other traditional options on the food menu were enticing! Looking forward to visiting this gem again and bringing company!

Just ordered food from here and it was just pieces of chicken drowning in oil. Ended up throwing the entire thing away. I had dined in from here before and the food was so much better so I’m not sure if the lack of quality is specifically for take out food 🥴

Really like this cute book cafe. The rice bowls taste good, especially like the chicken olympia! Their froyo bar has a lot of flavors and really worth a try! Unlike other froyo bar shop, they cut out in small cubes, and can eat them as snacks! Definitely will come back!

A quiet place to enjoy a nice casual breakfast. The staff are friendly and both the drinks and food are great.
