FD Book Cafe

I just wanted a nice place to have a quick bite and coffee. Very homey feel, coffee was great and so was my breakfast sandwich.

My wife and I ordered the Raspberry and Chocolate Waffle, and the Joyful Platter on a crossaint. For drinks, I ordered the blueberry latte and my wife ordered a banana latte. We loved everything!

Downstairs they have a selection of books translated into Mandarin for their Chinese guests.

The cafe is cozy and quite peaceful with the background music playing. I highly recommend you check this place out if you’re in the area!

Quaint little cafe offering traditional coffee options as well more unique beverages such as oreo macchiato and blueberry latte. I tried the hot oreo macchiato and it was delicious.

Edit: looking forward to trying their waffles (Nutella, chocolate marshmallow, strawberry, oreo, etc)

Waffle galore and a very cozy setting with focus on books. Coffee is excellent as well!

Lovely little place for a relaxed quiet breakfast! Unique and delicious drink flavor options as well. We moved here recently and are happy to have found this little cafe!

Cozy place, lighting is not too bright and not too dark, seemed perfect. The service is fast and friendly. Will be trying out all the menu items soon. Only stopped for a caffeine booster. Drop off your favorite books and pick any new book to read!

This review is for delivery. The food is absolutely fantastic. I got the Chairman's pork and it was delicious! Also good portions for the price. Their dim sum is amazing too, everything tastes very fresh and homemade. I want to check this place out in person since it's a cute little bookstore! They also serve breakfast items. This place is definitely unique!

Super chill, casual cafe. Great simple selection for breakfast and lunch. Friendly staff. Really appreciate the environmentally-conscious choices such as wood utensils, reusable cups, paper plates, etc. Charming place, a great addition to the Kentlands neighborhood!

Really cute interior and homey cafe vibes. Food looks delicious. My new favorite cafe in the area!
