Really good soup and sandwiches and salad. They are off the beaten path and make really good food. I offered to put a menu and advertising brochures in my rental house but they said they didn't want any more customers they were already busy. LOL. That's Garrett County for you.

Nice, clean place. There star rating is for breakfast only. While described as a place for a hearty breakfast, the offerings are limited to just a few breakfast sandwiches and oatmeal.

Coffee was good. Least friendly customer service I experienced. They were cold when we went in. Maybe started off the morning wrong? Regardless, fake it til you make it!

The service was terrible, it was like they would ring someone up and then wait until their order was ready before taking the next person's order. There is no wi-fi available. For some reason, the concept of delivering the food ordered to the number that was given was too hard for the server to comprehend so she would take each person's food to each table to ask if it was theirs or not. The food itself was good but for the combo they charge you another $3.50 for a small slice of watermelon and a potato they sliced up and grilled for a minute and threw some seasons on. Not worth your time or your money.

Great spot for coffee, never too crowded but always a good flow. Great breakfast food but have never tried any lunch food, will definitely soon though!

Usually love the food but recently ordered 2 quesadillas chicken ones, pick up the food absolutely no chicken in them when it was written on the receipt for the order to follow. Go back in they just give me freezing cold chicken in a to go container. Dont enjoy having to rip apart the quesadilla and tear it to place the stuff that should have cane on it already and especially ice cold chicken was upset by it because I've waited sooo long for them to open and had to being my own brocolli to put on the Quesadilla. They do broccoli but they're always conveniently out unfortunately because broccoli ones are my fav. It was just upsetting for my first time back there since all the covid shut down stuff. And then still had to pay full price at that for just a cheese and potato quesadilla.

This is a hidden gem. It's a lovely little local coffee shop, serving high quality coffee & a limited selection of baked goods, breakfast sandwiches & luncheon items. The food was very fresh and there are some vegetarian options too, a rarity in the area.

The food was great. We grabbed some sandwiches and enjoyed the area. Highly recommend the sweets as well.

Fresh, delicious food, and the best coffee in town. Lots of vegetarian options for breakfast and lunch.

For lunch (not open evenings), Canoe on the Run is great. Very good coffee, soups, sandwiches, service (on occasion, the get very busy and service can suffer then), and ambiance. Summertime, sitting on the porch is great. One of my favorites (along with Santa Fe) for eating-out in Garrett County.
