Stopped for breakfast during a long road-trip. Love that they still have a masking and social-distancing policy. We ordered a couple of sandwiches that were ready within ten minutes. Ingredients were fresh, bread was warm, and everything was delicious!

Been coming here for years and it's always consistent, fresh and inventive using a full plate of vegetarian friendly foods mixed with omnivore fare. Because of COVID it's takeout only now, but the porch is still a pretty nice place to take your take out to.

My first time staying in the area and this place reminded me of my home back in Philly. I got the chai latte and vegetarian sausage sandwich and would highly, highly recommend! Cute place, nice cashiers, and extra points for outdoor dining.

A great spot to grab a bite to eat!
They’re abundantly cautious and still doing Covid rules. Only allow 10 people inside at a time. The only sit down area is a bar with high chairs by the window. It would have been nice if they had the dining room open again.
The food is great and the coffee is fresh. Perfect to grab and go on your way to the slopes (and a lot cheaper than the resort)

Great and consistent food (albeit limited selection) and drinks and very friendly, consistent staff. I recommend calling your order in advance but just personal preference. Knocked a star bc they closed their indoor dining during covid and only have a few window bar seats inside...everything else is patio only. Patio is a nice setting though so dont let it deter you as weather permits.

Wife and I were leaving after a few days getaway to a cozy Airbnb. We had never been to this area before, but found it naturally beautiful, charming, and friendly. I chose Canoe On the Run because of reviews. It was a cold snowy morning, and I wasn't sure it was open, but thankfully it was. I think I was the first customer that day. The tall gentleman serving me didn't seem too happy to be there. But, he was courteous, and proceeded to make me a breakfast ciabatta with bacon. I felt bad because it looked like a bad day for business, so I ordered a hot chocolate, and decided to get my lunch on the road sandwich from him too. The menu has good stuff. I got the turkey and Gouda sandwich, and I couldn't resist the pecan shortbread bar. The breakfast sandwich was a top best 3 I've ever had. The hot chocolate was hand crafted, and the best I've ever had. The turkey sandwich was fresh tasty high quality goodness. The pecan bar thing was insanely yummy. Whoever you were, thank you for the joy you provided to our foodie hearts. I wish I wasn't 6+ hours away, I'd visit this place all the time.

Small Cafe. Very cute spot to have breakfast during the warmer months (I do not like being cold). They have limited indoor seating but offer outdoor seating as well.
Loved the breakfast sandwich, and the iced coffee was strong 🙌🏽🙌🏽

Breakfast burritos are underrated and Canoe’s is delicious and filling with a slight kick from the green chiles. Great find to start the day and our drive home.

The coffee is good and the food is excellent, but the people are always so unfriendly. They never say hello and always grumpy. I don’t get it, deep creek is heaven why so down!

My first time at Canoe on the Run - great place! Convenient location, nice setting and friendly, efficient staff. But most importantly, my lunch was outstanding! Though not on the menu, I was able to order a grilled mushroom wrap - excellent! Will surely return each time I am in Deep Creek.
