Gloria Jean's Coffees The Maine Mall

The coffee/drinks are very good! I have been on more than one occasion though where the staff behind the counter aren't getting along and its obvious.

I don’t think this place is in business anymore but they used to have the best frozen drinks in the Maine Mall. Always a calorie laden frozen coffee or some type of snacks. They reminded me of Starbucks today.

Overpriced is all that I can say. It's ok coffee and all the straws are the same size which is way too small for anything bigger than a regular. Not a well executed strategy on their part.

got charged $6 for the smallest can of red bull when its normally $2.50................ not sure what this place is doing.

Not what they used to be 20 years ago that's for sure. I'm pretty sure the 2 culturally confused children making my drink had no clue what I was talking about as they say "literally" couldn't pull their phones out of their hands...

Every year we spend a weekend in South Portland and multiple times a day we stop in. We go to Gloria Jean's instead of Dunkin for our coffee fix whenever we're in the area. It makes us wish we had one in our town.

Loved everything about it. The staff were friendly and helpful and the coffee was great! Highly recommend.

Good coffee but if you get something that sounds like a proper name it will cost you 8 bucks.

One of the waitresses was chatting with a customer instead of tending to the long line of orders and then they did the orders completely out of order and some people were there for 20 plus minutes waiting on their drinks
