I will never return to this location! Im was picking up an order for 2 people. When I got to the second window the blonde haired girl with a blue tie dye sweatshirt had an attitude and threw the customers order in my hands which caused coffee to go throughtout the entire bag with a sandwich at the bottom. The refused to remake it and closed the drive thru window in my face. I've worked hospitality and food service jobs my whole life and never would this be acceptable.

Super friendly staff! I got my coffee and the young lady suggested, through our conversation, that I try a bag of their locally roasted coffee blends. So good!

Never had their food just get their energy drinks. Always a wait but worth it.

I wish I could give this a negative. What a bad experience! We went through the drive through last night around 6 pm. We ordered what we order every time we go to Aromas. Large , Irish cream latte. Little extra Irish cream. I always drive away happy with a delicious drink after a friendly interaction. We drove away and my drink was undrinkable. The espresso was so bitter , like burn your tongue with the bitterness. It was ... Gross. Because I couldn't drink it, I went back. I hate going back but when you spend 5 bucks on a drink, you want it drinkable. Well..... They treated me like I've never had an espresso drink🤦 , telling me espresso tastes like that... And that they are going to make a mini version of my drink so I can figure out if the Irish cream syrup is bad or the shot is bad?? Like seriously??!! I get this drink every day. And to add, I'm a barista! It was so uncomfortable and incredibly awkward. No apology, no understanding... Just bad service. The manager was there and wow. Just wow. I know aroma Joe's does not reflect this experience in a whole. I will never go back to that location. Miserable. Seems that the morale is lacking there ..

This is my new go- to spot instead of the alternative, down the road.
Sorry DD, but your quality just isn't there, any longer.

Aroma Joe's is a FAR better choice, with WAY better coffee and snacks IMO.
They sell delish soft pretzels and flavorful coffee.
So, I'm in!

The folks that work there are always super nice, too.

*As a bonus, it's so much faster to get through the line!

I absolutely love the morning opener myal !!!Hope I got it correctly I go there daily and she is absolutely the best person she’s so sweet , kind Funny and always I mean always makes my drink perfect!!!!! She just is and absolutely delight to go there at 4:30 in the morning and see a kind smiling face

Always great service with attentive staff. Waits are long if the car in front of you has ordered food. They haven't been able to figure it out. Usually really busy around 10am.

Cold brew Was awful. Probably the Worst coffee I've ever had

We live nearby and love the convenience. We appreciate the consistently pleasant staff and the great coffee.

my all time favorite coffee chain in Maine, its locally owned and the people are prompt and always make your coffee the right way , the coffee around the world is my favorite and the prices are a little up there, but still cheaper than starbs
