Great staff, friendly and knowledgeable about coffee. Great choice of coffees. Very inviting and comfy. Awesome that your purchase helps others as some of profits go to local charity as well as charities in Brazil where the coffee beans come from. It's a twofer, you get a great cup of coffee and help others at the same time. Love it!!!

Manager is extremely rude and disrespectful toward young and new employees. Makes for a toxic work environment when manager is not understanding and can’t work with employees. Expects their underage staff to go into far degree to get to work if incapable

Neither the person taking the order at the drive thru, not the person handing me my order we’re wearing gloves. I am surprised at Aroma Joes for not requiring this if their food service workers. I am now hesitant to go back.
Please let me know what your policy is.

This is my go to coffee shop because their coffee is tasty and always fresh and the service is friendly and fast. They go out of their way to make your experience great and their prices are very competitive too.

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SICK. Normally this place is great. However the last five iced chais we’ve gotton from here have been bad. One had spoiled regular milk (when we ordered almond) one had three shots of expresso instead of one, and the girl that gave it to us was wearing a fake mesh mask. One was just iced milk with a flavor shot. The one I just got had no chai, again, had no flavor. It was just warm milk. Gonna bring it back, get out money back, and prob never get anything from this location again.

For some reason, I'd been hesitant to try this place despite my older daughter raving about it. Such a mistake. I love their chai tea and the flavored coffee drinks are not nearly as sweet as other places. My middle daughter lover the Caramel Way made with chocolate milk. This is now our Go To place.

I was a big fan, but found a red haired manager with glasses very offensive. When I asked about the refill policy she told me it was full price. She then proceeded to trash people who buy ice coffee to her coworkers. I was the only customer in the store and drinking an ice coffee. Aroma joe’s should stick to drive through, if they cannot hire staff with basic manners. I will no longer buy Aroma joe’s overpriced coffee again. Ice coffee is 1 dollar at Cumberland Farms. Just another corporate suit shop with workers who have no passion for the product they sell. Minimum wage is to high for the level of service at Aroma joe’s.

I was in the drive thru for over a year. The warden let me out early for good behavior.

And he gave me a cup of coffee.

Never insult anyone that gives you GOOD coffee.

I come here often in the morning, get my breakfast sandwich and coffee. the staff is always so nice and polite and service is quick

I’ve always come into this Aroma Joes and had great service. But NOW with the new hire, Olivia, the service has gotten EVEN BETTER. She was my server at a restaurant in Waterville and the service was magnificent to say the least. My mom still talks about it! If there was a 6th star I’d give it to ya.
