Wonderful hole in the wall breakfast/lunch place that offers an amazing menu of sandwiches, fresh made biscuits, fluffy scrambled eggs as filling, carnitas breakfast burrito and my favorite bacon cheddar kegs (loaded tater tots) with maple sour cream. Coffee is also amazing and I would come back in a heartbeat!

Great food! I got the famous Bennie and my boyfriend got their bagel with cream cheese. Not a lot of seating best to get there as soon as they open if you want to sit inside to eat. The famous Bennie is definitely the closest to a NOLA Beignet that I have found if I was to get them again I would ask for lite powdered sugar, their raspberry sauce was amazing!

The absolute best breakfast sandwiches on homemade biscuits. Easy to get to go or enjoy eating in at the cafe. The portion will last you until second breakfast comes around.

Wow 👌 10 out of 10. Best breakfast sandwich to date. I ordered the waffle joe and wow again. The waffle, the hashbrown, the eggs everything cooked to perfection. It's a small hole in the wall place but def a must to stop and grab a waffle joe to go. There coffee is super fresh and flavorful as well. I will def bring others here to try it out.

What a gem! The quality of food and service here is amazing. Such a great menu. The breakfast sandwiches are huge! Small interior however a bunch of picnic tables outside. Also coffee was superb!. We are hooked on this place.

Staffing shortages are miserable. At least that's what I believe was today's Occam's Razor. We called at least a half dozen times to pre order, no answer. Arrived to find only one poor girl taking in person orders and making drinks on a busy weekend morning while ignoring the incessantly ringing phone. The food came out reasonably quick, even for the 2 people in the kitchen running around making 615151 orders. But with short staffing on a busy day comes an obligatory decrease in the quality of product. But even on these days, there still should be quality assurance limits. Receiving your much anticipated breakfast order should not be met with disdain on unwrapping the meal. I had such high hopes for the pumpkin waffle sandwhich to only unwrap 2 half burnt waffles with some half cooked egg and bacon in between. Even on a busy day with a skeleton crew, this should not have come off the line and considered good to go. There's still a price the customer has to pay. I would've gladly waited another 5 minutes for a new waffle and my meal to be cooked vs what I got.

This was hands down the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had in my whole entire life. I’m visiting Portland for the weekend and would absolutely do the drive again just for this sandwich.

Sign said something about bennies....turns out they sell beignets. Was good, not spectacular or anything, sauce was just Hershey's syrup, but good enough.

This might be one of our favorite breakfast spots in all of Maine. They just nail it every time we go — and we’ve been going almost weekly — with the most delicious breakfast sandwiches at prices you won’t find anywhere else, especially considering how much food you’re getting. It’s a no-frills type of spot and a hole in the wall, so don’t expect fancy seating or anything other than a counter service, but do expect deliciousness in every bite.
The Big Joe sandwich is to die for. With hash browns, eggs galore, sausage, and served on their house muffins, you almost can’t fit it in your mouth. It’s a messy situation every time we eat it, but it’s one of our favorite breakfast (lunch? given the size?) foods.

Love everything about this place, I order here at least once or twice a week! They have a unique and amazing menu and during summertime hours you can take advantage of a very large outdoor eating area with about 10 picnic tables making it the perfect picnic stop. I can see this place getting a larger venue eventually but for now they're so good you should call to order ahead due to how in demand they are.
