My wife had a veggie burger, and I had a western omelette in a sweet potato wrap. Wife rated her sandwich 4 stars. I'd give my wrap a solid 4 stars too. Prices are very reasonable. Service staff were all friendly. Restaurant and restrooms were clean.

For those dining in and staying for a bit, the seating just really degrades the whole experience. The wooden chairs are ok. I sat on the bench seating and felt like I was sitting on a log in the woods.

I ordered a turkey, bacon, and avocado sandwich for $8.99. After waiting about 10 minutes they gave me a dry sandwich with chicken, spinach, and bacon. no avocado and no turkey ? They forgot to make my friend’s sandwich despite not being busy. When she finally got it after 20 minutes, it was disgusting and she couldn’t finish it. The employees were too busy cleaning and closing up despite it only being 4:00. As other people came in they were also left waiting for a long time. Super disappointed.

the breakfast sandwich looks pre made, they absolutely chazzed my egg it looks black, the bagels taste stale, you'd be better off going to LB kitchen or making your own sandwich. mid 4/10

Ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese and lox spread. Bagel was great as usual. The lox spread was tasteless and looked like cream cheese and paprika mixed in. No idea what was going on. Haven't eaten this there in a while but it has always been really good. I had a bus to catch so couldn't bring it back. A real disappointment.

This is one of those ‘no-frills’ kinds of places that you can rely on for a good, if maybe a bit of a simple lunch without the expense of a place like Starbucks. I’ve always enjoyed what I’ve eaten here (especially the tuna melt) and so has my family. Their staff, however, range from cheerful and helpful to cold and rude. Every time I went there, the staff making the food were consistently nice and the person at the register is awful. It was kind of jarring to be enjoying your experience up until you pay, and then feeling like you never want to come back again.

Decent price for decent food. Be advised a microwave the eggs in front of you if you have an egg sandwich and the lady behind the counter working there cash register was not very well informed about their products. I asked for a non-caffeinated tea and she didn't know what I was talking about. I was then charged the wrong price for an item. Could have been an off day though. Very impressed with the fresh ingredients that they use though.

They are across from Duncan Donuts but we wanted to try something different. We are glad we did. The breakfast sandwiches are to die for! The bagels and bread and meats are so fresh and delicious. Even a Police officer chose to eat there instead of D & D. We loved it! Not that there's anything bad about D & D.

This location rocks! My favorite is the cheese bagel with bacon scallion cream cheese. Nowhere else even comes close to their delicious bagels and amazing customer service. I usually visit this location once or twice a week, and staff are always very friendly and take the time to get to know their customers. Today I pulled up out front and called because I couldn't tell if they were open. Mark answered the phone and said that they had modified their hours due to Covid, and that they weren't open for another 20 minutes. He asked if I was in the area and if he could get my order started, to which I said that I would just come back when they opened. When he realized that I was out front, he told me that he'd let me in and take my order. I wasn't having the best morning beforehand, but this made my day and I really appreciate it.

The food here is amazing. They were also really accommodating… they gave me a baby spoon as I have baby hands
