It's a great little place. The ceiling is covered in the trail names of people who have conquered the Appalachia Trail. It's food isn't too bad either, ;).
I stopped in a couple times while staying in Millinocket after my 2016 thru hike. Good food for the price, and it was fun to see all the hikers' names on the ceiling! Even with two hungry hikers, we couldn't finish the sundae.
Good food, local character and good service. We ate breakfast there every day we were in town. The ceiling tiles are signed by AT through-hikers and they also have some souvenirs for sale.
Friendly staff, timely service, and GREAT food. Really enjoyed the squash donuts, and the wonderful people that come through this place. P.s. it gets packed when its rainy so get there early.
Great yums after our backcountry adventures through Baxter and section-hiking the AT. Super friendly staff, inspiring and humorous AT-themed decorations and artwork, and plenty of schwag for sale, including local blueberry chapstick!
Menu: local grass-fed burgers, daily specials, veg options, and breaky served all day.
I highly recommend coming dirty and hungry - these gals will take care of you!
Food was good. Service was slow but the waitress was nice. $3.50 for a kids small chocolate milk! Prices were a little steep except the specials, so pay attention to costs when you order.
Came down from Katahdin 3 times while spending the week up there just to eat here! Great food, great service and apparently the waitress does everything for the town! Didn't finish the Sundae though :'(
Great spot for breakfast. You can get a giant stack of pancakes for just $6. It can get busy as a lot of AT hikers and other Baxter visitors as well as the locals frequent the establishment.

Great food and friendly people! Made us feel welcome -- like one of the family. A great start before heading out on the Appalachian Trail!
