I’ve been to MANY CCs. In fact, our company has setup the network for some. This may be a little “Karen” but here goes. Ordered our two drinks, which were great. Wouldn’t give me a small glass of water bc “we don’t do that, you have to buy bottled water”. I would have been happy paying a small fee for the cup for some iced tap water. Secondly, two bathrooms but one of them is for employees only. Not a men’s and women’s like the other 50 locations we’ve been to. But a “guest” and “employee” restroom. Then it’s locked. So u have to wait for them to get a break between drinks to open it. Again, I may sound like a “Karen” but if I hadn’t been to 50 other locations and saw that none of them are like this, then maybe it would be different. Just a strict location and didn’t seem very cozy there.

This location was terrible. The baristas didn’t know how many ounces each of their sizes were and gave us incorrect information regarding their sizing (i.e. that their sizes went from 12 oz to 24oz with nothing in between; but also that their smallest was a 16 oz.??). They got our orders wrong in the drive through (after confirming through the window when we pulled up), so we had to walk in to have them fixed. The barista making the drinks was banging around very loudly (more than the standard banging to get espresso grounds out of their handles) and was clearly very frustrated. Our iced drinks barely had any ice in them. They didn’t have any system for keeping track of their orders as the line of cars rolled in. The coffee was just okay. Not worth the time or the money spent. All around a very regrettable stop on the way out of town and we will not be coming back.

First of all, I wish there were more CC’s because it is hands down the best coffee on the planet. This location always makes a delicious latte and those are the reasons I rated a 4. However, they have not opened their lobby up since before Covid. I hope the owner knows this leaves a lot of money on the table. They also close for like every holiday. They are expensive and the staff isn’t the nicest. They really don’t even say anything to you at all. I work nearby so I will always come here, like I said, they are DELICIOUS, but there’s a lot of opportunity for improvement.

I love CC's and was ecstatic to see one finally on the Northshore. Now I can get my Mochassippi fix without a long drive. This one even has a drive through! Sally is awesome! Quickly had my order ready while training a new employee. I'll be returning soon!!

This is the worse location under this chain. First the drink was made incorrectly and then I even paid extra to have remade right and that was still wrong. Let me also mention, I think she also recycled my old drink that was passed back in the window which is against Food Safety Regulations to take food back into the establishment once it has been given to the customer.
This location should just close. They are closed more than open anyway and that was before COVID so short staff is not the reason. I normally bypass this location and drive all the way to another location. Done with the location and will have to stay with Starbucks when in Covington, Louisiana.
CCs should be careful who they let franchise so the franchisee does not ruin there brand!

I normally don't write reviews.....Today was my 1st time at CC's as Starbucks line was way too long for my timing this morning. The service was great, the greeter/order taker very energetic. I ordered a grande caramel macchiato, I noticed the cup was light when handed to me but didn't look as I wanting to drink the coffee once I got to work. Got to work and removed the top to warm it up for a few seconds and the cup was half way filled with product and the taste was way too strong for my liking. I had to add to it to get it to taste right. Y'al I paid close to $7.00 with a dollar tip. I don't pay that much at Starbucks for a Venti. Very disappointed.

Very cute little atmosphere. They have a good bit of options and even have a drive through if you don't want to get out. Nice place to stop if you need a cozy place to study, do school work or even stop and chat with friends. Really calm and friendly staff, definitely would recommend trying it out if you are looking for some quick and fresh coffee.

The coffee tasted good, but they filled my iced coffee with so much ice all the way to the top, that there really wasn't much coffee in my ex large cup.
