I gave it 5 stars because it’s a great product and simple process, my only recommendation is that the employees even tho’ busy always greet your next guest and let them know you are aware they are there, it makes the wait less agonizing. Just smile, say hello and I’ll be right with you.

When I arrived the girls were very busy preparing other orders, which is understandable but didn’t acknowledge me until she got caught up. Greet your guest and let them know you see them, they will be more than willing to wait as long as they are seen.

P.S. love the packaging! Very nice, great place and totally recommend!

GREAT PLACE TO GET YOUR FAVORITE BOBA TEA.

it was amazing!! the taro drink and oolong tea are my favorite so far, very fun and nice people! definitely recommend trying it out :3

Love this place so much! So many options and everything looks and tastes so good, it feels impossible to choose! Comparable prices to other places but I feel the value with these teas is higher due to the variety, taste, and size. I've always had great service here even if we came in very close to their close time!
Also love the ability to personalize with level of sweetness, amount of ice, etc.

I have EXTREMELY high standards for bubble tea (my mom is actually from Taiwan) and this place gets it right every time. Even better than all the boba places in Chicago honestly. They are all super sweet people there too!

Was going here every day before work for their coffee drinks. They were very great in the mornings. Seems recently they moved to a very fake almost plastic tasting coffee that leaves a horrid after-taste in your mouth. Wish it was back to normal but for now I won't be back. 💔

There's a huge variety of choices and very friendly staff to help you choose if you're new :) Very clean interior and lots of seating if you wanna sit inside. They also have a very bubbly looking mascot thingy outside which solidifies the five star review 😅. Def coming again! (Photo has lychee jelly instead of pearls haha)

Found a gem! The kids and I love the strawberry ice blended with lychee jelly and topped with ice cream...yum.

Place is always clean, service is fast, nice and relaxing place to enjoy with friends or if you want to sit alone.
