Homer's Coffee House

I love the atmosphere and they have 100 year tea! I tried the cran pecan scone today with my tea and it was good. I love coming here!

My fav coffee shop! The drinks are always consistent and reasonably priced. Baristas are always welcoming and gets you in and out in a timely manner.

This is a great Downtown Overland Park business. You need to check out the fabulous treats and drinks available here. Always great music playing and the atmosphere is fantastic to share time with a friend or to set up a meeting with a group. The space is open, well lite with large windows and comfortable seating.

The group space is separate from the main area so it makes for an easy location for communication with a large group of upto about 30-35 people.

The staff are friendly and the service is prompt. Check it out for yourself. It's worth the trip to Downtown O.P.

And don't forget to get out and shop the local stores and businesses. This area of Kansas City is a hidden gem. Well worth a couple hours to brose the shops and culinary venues!

I'm from Omaha and work at a specialty bakery/coffee shop, but my boss used to live in OP and HIGHLY recommended Homer's. Have been by twice in 2 days and plan to swing by for another coffee for the road. The staff is incredibly kind. Quick, quality, & friendly service. The coffee has been incredibly amazing. I've had the Thai Breve both times but with an alternate milk instead of half & half. It adds just enough sweetness to the coffee without detracting from the smooth espresso. From reviews - planning on trying the Mexican Mocha before I go.

Great spot! Stopped here while my car was getting worked on. Ordered a delicious turkey/avocado and a mocha.

Amazing coffee, bakery goods were really good. The Lemon Bar is amazing!!!! Had great ambiance and the live music nights are lovely and relaxing.

That was for a class event for Connections where they invited highschool students for a comedy performance

This place is a nice little Hideaway place away in the downtown area of Overland Park. You might miss it if pass by so it's worth going off the beaten path of Metcalf and finding this nice little coffee shop next to me Ranchito the. Very nice menu and great seating available that makes for a pretty cozy atmosphere for a cup of coffee. Good selection of flavor profiles for whatever your tastes are in coffee.

My boyfriend and I are currently into trying different coffee shops (not a chain) all over the metro area. We've only been once but this is in our top 3 favs. It was clean, staff was friendly, good environment and the frozen frappe with caramel was delicious. Definitely going again.
