The kids like going here but i wish the people behind the counter spoke more/better english. They appeared not to understand when i tried to ask questions. So my advice, go with someone who knows what and how to order, so you get what you actually want.

Out of the first two drink ingredients we requested. Then was told they only had enough boba for 3 of the 4 drinks ordered. Probably not going back here.

I haven’t been to Lawrence since I went to KU, but we took a day trip out to LFK and found HiTea to be one of the few local boba places in town.
They have unique drinks and toppings that aren’t found in most boba chains. The peach nectar is not overly sweet and is something different from tapioca or popping pearls that are standard toppings at any bubble tea shop. The place was fairly small, but the service time was quick!

The cheese foam is really good here!!

A cozy, trendy tea place. There is a good selection for people new to more interesting and flavorful teas as well as options for more adventurous or experienced tea drinkers!

Idk why the woman at the front desk looked so upset. It felt like i owe her money😅 .And i just went through the google reviews ,there were a lot of people who thought the same thing as me the customer service was terrible. If she is the boss, then i have nothing to say, but if she is just an employee, I hope you can improve staff training.Thx

I am so excited that this place opened!! It reminds me much more of the kinds of boba places there are in LA and bigger cities. The boba here is much fresher than other places in town (boba should not be hard or overly chewy. I've had boba elsewhere in town where the boba was a giant clump in the bottom of my cup). If you need accommodations for allergies, this probably isn't your best bet. If you are wanting a more authentic boba, go to Hi Tea. It is more reasonably priced, too.

This place is easy to miss if you're strolling by on mass street, but it's an amazing little shop with great and absurdly cheap bubble tea and smoothies. Keeping it from five stars is that they were out of a lot of basic things at the time I went, but again, it's a really small shop, so it's more reasinable.

boba are super small (I'm not a fan) and was soft/soggy (🤢). had pretty poor communication about whether or not there is milk in the tea and a difficult time trying to just get a plain oolong tea with pearls. you know, regular tea from leaves and water... 🤕 they did make me another. it took quite a while for them to make the drinks and I almost left empty handed.
