Very cute atmosphere and good menu with lots of different flavors and good staff, however my personal taste clashed with this boba recipe and flavor. I got the peach oolong tea since I’m not a huge fan of anything with milk in it, and the tea was very under flavored and not sweet at all. The boba was extremely over cooked, which led it to be mushy and twice in size since it was absorbing the liquid. Maybe it was just not my tea in terms of personal preference, but I did not enjoy the flavor profile of it and the over cooked quality of the boba. Definitely was not worth the 6 dollars I paid for it.

If I could give their customer service -10000 stars I would, this is the 2nd time I ordered drinks from Hitea through door dash pickup. The first time was seamless, our drinks came with boba *no additional cost* when I added it on the notes just to be sure because it was pictured on the item description through door dash menu. I ordered the exact same drink this time around x4 and even mentioned on the notes to add boba and in person while the drinks were getting made but I was ignored. Once all the drinks were made and sealed, I asked “there’s boba in there right?” And was told I needed to pay extra for it. Even after showing them that there was nowhere I could choose to add boba on the app other than writing it out on the special instructions which worked previously. They didn’t want to take the time to remake the drinks or even transfer it to new cups with bob in it. Instead they insisted on putting boba in their smaller cup and I can add boba to my drink at home not to mention pay almost $4 extra for the boba!

They clearly care more about the money than making their customers happy. They make it your fault when clearly it is not, they just don’t want to be blamed and called out when they’re the ones who have messed up.

Never again will I come back here. There are other places to get boba within walking distance from this place where I’m positive you’ll be treated like a well valued customer.

I ordered through one of the services Google suggested. When I arrived to pick up my order 30ish minutes after I ordered there was no one, customer or staff in there. A female came out from the back. I let her know my name and I was picking up a takeout order. It wasn't ready yet. The cups were sitting on the counter with boba in them. But nothing else. She took the cups to the back and a male came out with one of them. He was watching something on his phone. They both seemed annoyed. Tea was room temperature. Boba was hard. Not a good experience. I will go somewhere else in the future.

Drinks are good and pretty large, which is nice because they’re a bit expensive per drink. But they have a lot of options! I tried there ‘I love you so Matcha’ and really liked it! Has limited seating, but a great place for an afternoon treat especially in the summer!

Dragon fruit strawberry is delicious! Obviously if you have dietary restrictions you have to communicate that with them just like any other place you order food/drinks from so they can accommodate you properly. Wonderful staff!

The teas were just okay. The customer service was non-existent. The place need a thorough cleaning - it is gross. We will not be returning.

I don't recommend. I asked about one of their milk teas and substituting almond milk. Two people explained something to me that only served to confuse the issue. I skipped the milk tea and went for one of the regular teas. There was no indication on the menu that it would be sweet. I walked out to my car before trying this regular brew only to find that it was loaded with sugar. Unless you know what you are ordering, I don't recommend. This is especially true if you're avoiding sugar.

The drinks served here are beautiful and pretty tasty! I got the tirimisu black tea, which was essentially a black milk tea covered in a cream cheese and chocolate chip topping. I thought it was super delicious and would really recommend if you like drinks that are creamy and lightly sweet. Also their sitting area is pretty comfortable, so it was a nice place to hang out a rest for a bit. I will definitely be coming back to try even more of their drinks!
