Reminds me of the tea shops in Seoul. My fave is the red bean milk tea!

The menu is SO HARD to read. I have been here a couple times. Once at the old location and once just recently. Each time I haven't understood what I'm ordering and the staff can't seem to tell me. They were extremely rude, barely spoke to us, and looked annoyed that we were there. They have completely let their space go. It was so disgustingly dirty, syrup and powders everywhere. Dripping down cabinets, old product bottles left out, just overall nasty. I only went here again because my usual place was closed. I would NOT recommend going here. There are better places, with better boba, and nicer staff.

My boyfriend and I visited Lawrence for a day trip yesterday, and this cute little store immediately caught my eye. The employees were kind and communicative, and the brown sugar mashed taro milk was perfectly blended. The cost initially seemed high, but the service and this drink were worth the price.

Customer service was pretty bad, everyone working there barely wanted to take orders from customers. On top of that they were out of boba and had no knowledge of their own menu. I asked for a blended taro milk tea, a pretty standard boba drink, and was told they can’t blend drinks. I had to point out to one of the employees that one of her coworkers was blending a drink for another customer and I was still told they couldn’t blend drinks. Very weird, could’ve spent my money elsewhere, go to Din next time!

I didn’t get my tea. I ordered hot milk boba tea and then waited till after i had paid to tell me they couldn’t make hot milk tea. Then they were staring me down as if I was at fault. I had to walk out without anything because I didn’t want to cause a scene. My $7 all gone. Terrible dishonest business practices with very depressive vibe and a horrible smell. Way better boba businesses in town.

New management?! Boba pearls are never consistent anymore. Sometimes they’re fresh and most times they are hard as a rock!! I used to go here all the time and the quality and consistency was great! Not anymore. GO TO DING TEA DOWN THE STREET!!! So much better and always consistent with quality & freshness!

We waited for them to open at 12 today and saw the two staff members getting things set up. Then at 12:05, the two of them were just sitting there on their phones and still not opening the door or letting us know when they will open. We came back later and the staff were so unfriendly. They seem annoyed if I ask questions about dietary restrictions. It was disappointing.

Alright, yeah I hate leaving 2 star reviews but this place deserves it, for 1 their boba tea is WAY WAY TO SWEET I got the orea mocha thing or something I can't remember. But anyways I ordered it was pretty fast and stuff but they for some reason put in Icecream, didn't even add the chocolate from Oreos, and didn't taste good. It was super funky tasting&aftertaste. Anyways I'm a type 1 diabetic this means I can still have Bubble Tea etc. So I dosed about what I thought it would be little did I know they added so much extra stuff that wasn't needed also made it taste bad I dosed by about 40 carbs less then I should've.

The boba was cooked very well yet it was pretty bland. The taro was also strange tasting. Everything tasted a bit synthetic. Overall it’s a really cool place but they need to work on the flavors and ingredients. I recommend Coffee Head in Topeka, their boba is fantastic.
