Friedrichs Coffee

2nd time to visit and horrible drink and slow. Always get a turtle mocha and thought I would try this one particular store again to try it again as the first time I visited a few months ago the same barista made it and it was bad then. Always give a few chances to a store before I quit going...what a waste of $5.09.

Quick and friendly staff with great service. Many menu options and an exciting ambiance. Once inside you'll forget that your in a strip mall and begin to sip the day's worries away!

Every time I come here the coffee is Luke warm. Their customer service is poor and their employees are very rude. One time I asked for them to warm my coffee a little more because I wanted it extra hot and the lady came back and handed it to me and said "were not responsible if you get burnt k" then she slammed the window closed on me. Horrible customer service.

This is a wonderful place to get an excellent cup of joe at a reasonable price. Lovely environment, friendly service, and high quality and quantity for what you pay for. My favorite place to go!

Love this place. Way better than the competition. Always clean and they have a wide variety of good drinks!

Stopped in on our way to Idaho...a great respite from the stormy I80 with spicy, hot chai. Great atmosphere, fun to look around while you wait for your drink.

This coffee shop is nearby, yet I never think of it, but I'm so glad I did today! Chai tea latte was delish!

I ordered a medium latte and during the first sips I was getting nothing but foam. I opened it and proceed to scoop out half a cup of foam into the trash. I paid for a medium and probably got less coffee than what is in a small.

Bad milk every single time!
