Poorest experience in a drive through I’ve ever had, I stuck around for 20 minutes to see at least 5 others drive off in frustration before I left, still the 4th car in line. Each car was taking more than 5 minutes at the window, there’s simply no reason for that, there are too many other options available for morning coffee to put up with such poor service.

Very disappointed in the drive through experience. It took over 10 minutes for my drink. That would have been fine if there was a bunch of cars in front of me but there was only one car. How do you do it in the mornings? I was there I'm the afternoon. Also I asked for a decaf, the drink was not decaf.

I make it a point to try ever nitro cold press coffee in the country and this shop has the best I have ever had. I also tried the caramel latte which was just as fantastic! The staff was friendly and it has very cozy atmosphere. Never change!

New coffee shop to me! Great decor. They roast their own coffee beans and fresh beans make great flavor. Nice leather chairs. Plenty of seating.

Great little place to study! Indoor and outdoor seating, friendly staff, clean, and quiet atmosphere. The baked goods and fruit smoothies are delicious and the coffee is outstanding!

I usually order the cold brew that's the best around I feel has a great flavor. Also have a great poppy seed bread. They have flavors of the day to try something different.

This Friedrich’s is a cozy place to stop in and find a place to read a book or hop on the WiFi. When we got there, the place was full, but the barista Anna was busy, but cheerful while preparing our beverages. Great experience and I’ll be stopping back in soon.

I stopped in to pick up a grande regular coffee and a biscotti which is my usual order. The young girl behind the counter calculated my order at $4.08. I gave her a $5.00 bill. She had to go to another register to make change. I put the change in the tip jar and waited. She walked away from the register and went to the drive up register and rang up another customer. She then went to talk with the other person that was working behind the counter for a minute or so and then started to take another order from the drive up window. At no time did she or her colleague behind the counter even think about giving me the cup of coffee or biscotti I ordered. After waiting for five minutes with no one doing anything to fill my order, I decided these people were too stupid to deal with so I left. I wouldn't bother to write this except that this is not the first time that I have had this very same experience at this Friedrichs Coffee. This the third time this has happened. I have also had several occasions where I had to wait because they were out of coffee and few instances where they were out of regular and just used the flavored coffee without telling me. This particular Friedrichs must go out of their way to find the most inattentive and disinterested people to work for them. I know I won't be going back to this store ever again. Pathetic!

I have been trapped in the drive through line for 20 minutes and the people ahead of me are only ordering coffee. Now I'm finally stopped at the window, and no has shown up to greet me. I've been here for five minutes.
