The service is excellent! With Zoey, Anna, B.B. Riley and many others. I have been a customer for 2 years plus, and have never had a bad experience. Always very polite and respectful a great way to start the morning with this team!

Been twice. Nice place. Limited seating. Poor product. First time I got an orange tea, but ordered a caramel latte. Second time I think I got the caramel latte I ordered, but hard to tell given there was no caramel taste and the pieces of coffee bean floating around were disruptive of the experience.

Great atmosphere & delicious coffee. The staff is always friendly. Can get crowded at times. If you are planning to work, there are not many seating areas near outlets. Overall, great experience and would recommend!

Great ambience and awesome customer service. Great coffee, too. Heads up: Masks are required even while seated. (I saw an employee enforce it with a customer who was seated.) And only 2 per table now.

Locally owned, coffee roasted in town. All 3 locations tend to have great staff, consistently exceptional drinks!

They also have a Very Large loose leaf tea selection, as well as, being able to make a chemex of your choice of their many coffee offerings

Always friendly service. I regularly buy their loose leaf tea - the Christmas blends are a fun holiday touch. Fruit smoothies are great! The environment is good for conversation and studying.

Friendly service, and great tasting coffee. This is one of my favorite coffee shops because there's enough space, and variety of seating with some comfy chairs, some cafe tables and chairs, and even some seating around the fireplace. There's usually good music playing too.

Such a great coffee shop! Something for everyone here - great coffee, tons of loose tea to choose from, bakery items, and a few non-food items. The fireplace is the best part of the shop on 86th. Cuddle up by the fireplace with a hot coffee and a book for a relaxing afternoon or bring a friend and play one of the board games available.

I go to this coffee shop often because it's closer than Starbucks, but I'm constantly disappointed. My drinks are nearly always made incorrectly, and the drive-thru has waits of 20+ minutes with only two cars in the line. The drinks are good when they're made properly, but I'd rather drive the extra 2 miles to Starbucks.
