I really enjoyed the atmosphere and delish array of goods. The breakfast panini was so good!

New in town and wanted to try a local place. Very impressed with their shop, it's cleanliness and the staff. Had a cappuccino and a chocolate/peanut butter scone, and they were both some of the best I've ever had. Will be back.

My first visit and had an amazing experience. The staff is very friendly. Tom went above and beyond and gave us great advise. Coffee and snacks are delicious. Reasonably priced! Must visit and support great cafe like Charlotte!!!

Awesome breakfast spot! We got the traditional acai bowl and the bacon avocado toast. The coffee was good too!

Stopped 3 times in the 20 hours we were in Dubuque! I had a mocha which was made just perfect!Good thing we in Wisconsin or I would be making that a daily stop! We had the vege burrito fresh and tasty! Such a large portion that my husband ate half and he doesn't like vegetables and he stated more than once that this was the best he has had! Looking forward to getting there again!

Charlottes is such a cute and inviting coffee shop with lots of character! They have some of the best coffee in Dubuque and their açaí bowls are to die for! It’s for sure my favorite coffee shop in town!

Very busy on a Saturday morning but it was well worth the wait. The sausage burrito was enough for the both of us and the hot chocolate and Latter we received were phenomenal. The presentation and tastes exceeded expectations for sure. Easy 5 stars!

Quaint coffee shop with an excellent menu selection. Hubbie had a smoothie and I had a cold brew! Friendly staff & the owner (Charlotte’s daughter was very attentive to the customers. Would definitely recommend.

Disappointed with our visit here. Very long wait for only 2 espresso drinks and people that ordered after us were getting their drinks before us. No apologies when they finally came out and then the one drink came out hot instead of iced like it was ordered. Server said she could make it iced and instead of making a new drink that was iced, she just dumped the hot latte over ice so it was very weak Seems to me that anyone who works at a coffee shop should know you can't do that!

Sandwich was black and gross from a dirty panini press and when I reached out to the store, I got no reply. Also the barista had a poor attitude when I watched her provide service to my wife.
