Friendly staff, great coffee, cute place! I always love coming here when I’m in town for work once a year.

Nice and cozy little place. Has a quiet library-like place on the second floor for working

The food and coffee my husband and I had were so phenomenal. I had an original bowl and it is hands down the best thing I've ever consumed in my lifetime.

I dropped in because of a locals's recommendation. It is a quintessential quaint little coffee shop with a calm, restful atmosphere. I'm walking over there right now. I would highly recommend visiting it if you enjoy a quality cup.

We were in Dubuque for two days and had breakfast from Charlotte’s both days because it was that good! We had our dogs with on this trip so we had to get it to go, but I can still say that the quality of the food, the selection, and the service were extraordinary. We both had Acai bowls both days which we haven’t seen since we had them in Hawaii. They were as good or better than the Hawaiian version. We also shared the keto carnivore bowl and the avocado toast, both of which were so tasty, fresh, and filling. We actually got too much food and had leftovers but everything was so delicious that it was worth it. Prices were very reasonable for the quality and the quantity. I would drive four hours to Dubuque again just for breakfast. It was THAT GOOD!!!

Such a cute coffee shop! Good food options as well. Can be crowded on weekends.

If you're looking for a coffee house with character, nothing beats an old building with multiple rooms, nooks and welcoming staff. Charlotte's Coffee House has multiple roasts that are not just average "blends, good breakfast fare (for any time of day) and delicious desserts. Don't leave Dubuque without stopping at Charlotte's Coffee House.

Fun place to get coffee and a treat. We ate in upstairs this time. I liked it up there. Like the new pagers used for service. Helps congestion in this small shop. Friendly servers.
Very good coffee, frappes (Almond Joy is awesome.) My kids like the smoothies. Baked goods yummy, too.

Glad to have found this cozy gem after a long day exploring Dubuque. The sandwiches were taste treats and the strawberry smoothie got equally high marks for flavor. Gotta return to try coffee options soon.

Was not pleased with either item I ordered. I feel like this place puts all effort into the atmosphere and image, but none into quality. The "panini" wasn't grilled and had a sloppily placed frozen sausage patty, which also seemed undercooked and straight from the microwave. I struggled through half of it and threw away the rest. The dry cappuccino came as a no foam latte instead. The experience was disappointing. But cute decorations and marketing items....🙄
