Charlotte's Coffee House

When I visited (8-31-19) they had just reopened from a fire in 2018. The upstairs "loft" is a great mixture of updated, well kept old-style design. I was very impressed with the atmosphere and their espresso had lots of flavor. I will definitely be back!

While I may not get coffee from a local coffee shop often, this is one of my favorites to go to. Great atmosphere to get a cup to go, or to stay awhile and listen (or relax). Touch pricy, but it is a local coffee shop that is quite resilient to almost being destroyed by a fire.

Waited about a half hour for an iced americano. We were not told there would be a wait. Eventually we decided to cut our losses and walk out. But I guess the joke is on us because they got our money. Extremely disappointed.

Order was taken inside & food brought to us on their patio. Everything was handle politely & efficiently. Our table was missing hand sanitizer that was present on others. We would of appreciated some. We could have asked. This isn't something that will keep me away but will be more assertive if need to on next visit.

The girls working there are always friendly and energetic. The coffee taste great unlike the fast food Coffee chains. Like the little details put into the design of the place also.

We grabbed coffee/breakfast here because of a local's recomendation. The sitting area is warm and cozy. Their chai latte was on point and overall I had a fantasic experience. Highly recommend.

An oasis of Dubuque. I ordered the standard latte, and it was delicious. I love this place.

Lovely coffee shop located in the heart of downtown Dubuque. It fits perfectly amongst other newly renovated downtown attractions. The owner is very friendly and can whip up savory baked goods and a mean brew. The interior is beautifully decorated. I would be a regular if I lived closer. I stop here every time I'm in the area.

Another thing I should note is that they have vacation rentals location above the coffee house making this an ideal location to start your day if you happen to be staying in one.

Had a half sausage breakfast panini and a drip coffee.

Nice service(polite and smiley), Awesome place to sit (Quiet and pleasant environment), great coffee, great sandwich. I visit Dubuque fairly often and will definitely add this to my list of regular stops.

This place is fantastic! I went here with a friend recently and it was wonderful. The atmosphere is charming and comfortable and the service was very friendly. I had a cranberry white chocolate scone (amazing by the way) that hit the spot. Definitely going to make this a regular stop when I visit Dubuque!
