Food is great service was good. we had a large party for my daughter graduation it took a long time to get our food but when it came out everyone said how much they liked the food.

Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. Party of four for breakfast -we each ordered something different and all meals were delicious! 4 stars because if the limited menu and a little steep prices.

Salad very good. My party loved the coffees. The broccoli cheddar soup was weak. Cheesy water with chunks of broccoli.....disappointing.

This is a great little coffee shop to chill at, especially on the outdoor patio when the weather is nice. The coffee and tea selection is quite good, but the pour-over process is not well controlled leading to some inconsistent cups of coffee. They have a great breakfast, crepe, and sandwich menu as well as a limited dessert, beer, and wine selection. You will not be disappointed with a visit!

Kind of seemed like a hip place, but they don't have any sound dampening whatsoever. So if you want to work here or have a conversation here, you might want to expect a bar atmosphere instead of a coffee shop atmosphere.

I can't really speak for the food (just had coffee), but it seemed pretty overpriced to me. The coffee was decent though? So I guess that's cool.

It doesn't seem like a bad place, just having it be an exposed metal echo chamber setup was a poor choice.

Great food and wonderful service. All 4 of us had something different and no one was disappointed. Our only suggestion would be for better signage - we almost didn't find this place.

Wondering atmosphere, great food and coffee. Over all the perfect place to meet up with friends. Outdoor seat was great because of the shade provide by the trees. Staff was professional and knowledgeable. Recommend to anyone that likes unique coffee shops.

Nice place to enjoy a small meal or cup of coffee/tea. I love the wide selection of teas available. It can get a little loud and busy at times, but I was still able to focus on my work and saw a few others working away as well. Staff are friendly and they will keep refilling your hot water if you ask! It is a bit expensive for the size of sandwich you get.

We visited the stomping grounds for the first time today. The atmosphere is very relaxing and pretty. The breakfast on the other hand..
I picked this place because of the pictures and reviews. I am a breakfast person and always enjoy trying new places.
I wanted the bacon and eggs, but they only serve poach because it's the easiest to make according to our waitress. That was strike one. How do you mess up scrambled eggs? Strike two was no fountain pop and the limited selection of canned. I will say the pulp free OJ was very good.
We both ended up ordering the Biscuits and Gravy and the Maple Crepe that came with a side of fruit. I also ordered a side of bacon.. The Bluebeery Crepe, which looked more like stacked pancakes in their picture, is the reason we decided to try the Maple one.
The B&G was just not pleasing. The presentation is nice but the darker color of the gravy was the first sign. Very spicy and not a good flavor. Both the biscuits and gravy were not warm. For $11 it's not worth it. The side of bacon was cooked perfectly.
The Maple Crepe was disappointing as well. It looked nothing like the Bluberry Crepe. Again, in the pictures the BB Crepe looked like pancakes. It was a Crepe with Maple Syrup over it, not worth the $9. So the fruit and bacon were the only great things set before us. Our waitress was nice and atmosphere is nice but we will not return for the food.

It’s been a few weeks since my last visit. Always a great place, but now on a whole new level. Avocado Toast with Quail Eggs.. stunning new level of skill from the chef. Our waitress Sterling provided a level of service and efficiency that i’ve not seen before at Stomping Grounds... a change that will be welcome for those with limited time on their schedule. If it’s been a few weeks since your last visit... it’s time for another visit.
