This place was super nice! When the option is available I always prefer to support local. I came on a day in which there were clearly a lot of people there and only two workers. These two workers were efficient friendly and did their best to accommodate everyone's needs. Though, understandably it wasn't extremely fast. Their coffee was delicious though not overly sweet.

The servers were great, super friendly, and very on top of things during a busy Sunday morning. Abundant coffee selection so anyone could find their perfect brew. Great food options as well. Won't be able to stop by all too often on my grad student budget but will certainly return for a special treat

Pretty expensive. A normal black coffee was $5 without any syrup, cream or sugar. Atmosphere is good, I just wish it were cheaper.

This is one of my favorite places in all of Ames! It’s easy to spend a lot of time here.
1. The staff is personable and kind.
2. The food is well made.
3. Aesthetic inside is almost perfect. Very cozy.
4. Most importantly, the drinks are some of the best in the Ames area.

One of our family’s favorite spots when visiting Ames. This latest visit was a special treat after graduation festivities. We called ahead and we were able to get a seat quickly. They reserved a table for us and we were greeted so warmly when we arrived. The place was very busy but the manager and crew were attentive and kind. The food here is consistently delicious. It is always served hot by friendly wait staff. I highly recommend the steak sandwich served with a salad and house made dressing. Yum!!!

Amazing food and drinks! Beware, the French toast is huge.

I would highly recommend that any group of 6 or more to call ahead. I definitely wouldn't recommend any group of 8 or more.

Quaint little coffee shop but honestly the food is the star of the show. Some of the best food in town, service was outstanding and they have a strong tea and dessert game as well. Can't go wrong here.

Excellent menu and service. Great location close to campus. Highly recommend the avocado toast. Will definitely visit again.

Dinner was glorious! Broccolini with goat cheese, Filberts. Amish chicken with Peri Peri sauce. Delicious, perfect and I'm so sad that i didn't think dinner here for such a long time. The cocktails are so delicious and unique. Sorry no pictures. I just couldn't wait to eat what came in front of my face. Served hot, great quality ingredients. Damn! Food is so balanced for perfect health seekers too!!
