Excellent coffee. Went to grab a drink here with my mother and she got a slice of banana cream pie which was also delicious. I didn't try any of the signature drinks yet but just off sampling their medium and dark roasts I was very impressed. Good quality for sure. if you're an old school coffee fan who just appreciates a good medium roast then give this place a shot

Totally love this place. The food is fantastic and fresh and homemade. The quiche is insane and great to order whole ones for holidays. The Rachel is the best sandwich in town. The baked items are phenomenal, they have the best shortbread cookie. Great homey atmosphere. Been coming here for years. And their drink specials are awesome.. seasonal with fun ingredients (like edible flowers).

I've been coming here on and off for the past decade. Overall cozy and mellow atmosphere. Baked goods are always excellent and they have a great drink selection. 4 stars rather than 5 due to the quality of sandwiches being hit or miss.

Excellent coffee, imaginative specials, and extremely fair prices!
However the employees often on the register are unfriendly, standoffish, and are hard pressed to return a simple "hello."
Perhaps order through door dash if you want to try them.

Excellent double espresso. Better than Fluid (another quality Valpo cafe). Served ristretto. Rich flavors and very drinkable. Informed, friendly baristas. Oppy to improve the presentation. Engaging atmosphere & clientele. Sit outside in nice weather.

Nice atmosphere, good coffee, reasonably priced. It can get a bit crowded because it is on the small side in terms of customer space, but if you do get a seat, they have some comfortable furniture to sit on by the window which does some justice to being described as Norman Rockwell painting-esque.
