BIGGBY COFFEE

I love getting coffee here when in the neighborhood. Might be a little bit more than Starbucks in price but so much more delicious and I like supporting a small business. They have such tasty and creative drinks. Well crafted with love. I love the Spotted Owl latte with oat milk. Service is always super friendly and fast.

The best of the best, prices might be Starbucks level but the taste is way better. Haven't had a coffee that wasn't delicious. Winter Wonderland has been my favorite this winter. We also tried bagels and they are huge and tasty. Been here 10 times already. Favorite coffee shop in the NWI area.

In Chesterton, the only Starbucks is in the Jewel grocery. So Biggby coffee east of the toll road junction and SR 49 is convenient and easy access. While their drinks are mixed differently, they are great and don't take a back seat to Starbucks. The staff is kind and helpful, the place is clean and neat. It is behind AJ pizza. Stayed in the hotel close by and went here for coffee every morning. A great group of girls working and the sausage egg n cheese bagels were amazing as well.

The staff is so nice and they have so many options for drinks. I love the coffee.

Sad the Waffle sausage sandwich is only seasonal, but that cheese cake tuxedo muffin really makes up for it!! Super good. Try the teddy bear.

We stopped here to get two coffees and there were four girls there. Two working their butts off, and two sitting on the floor, one putting up Christmas decorations and the other one talking and looking at her phone. The young girl was working her butt off doing drinks for inside and the drive thru and I looked around and those two girls were both looking at their phones and talking. It took about 20 minutes to get our two coffees and the whole time those two girls sat on their butts on the floor chatting and looking at their phones. RIDICULOUS.

This is a new store opening and we got coupons in the mail so who doesn't like to try out a new place with coupons. I sure do! The coffee is amazing, so many choices. My husband's diabetic and they have three sugar-free flavors you can use, which was great. I'll be back for sure.

EDIT: Bigby reached out to me to resolve the issue and in the end we were satisfied with their response. They still have delicious drinks and we will be back again in the future.

Service is almost always good and fast. Drinks are good and food is alright. Drinks are overpriced but usually made well.
