Jack's Donuts of Muncie

Braved the chilly early morning weather for some delicious fresh donuts—according to Google and their sign they open at 6:30 am today but all the lights are off and no one’s inside. :( darn.

This place is absolutely amazing. The staff are very kind and have water for dogs. They gave out dog, Gracie, some ice cream, too! The drinks are good, the ice cream is great!

Super friendly staff and a beautiful shop. They were so nice to me and my family. Highly recommend

Love this place- just remodeled and it looks immaculate! Fantastic place to study with a loft and modern furniture upstairs. Donuts and coffee were delicious too!

How things have changed! When Jack's first returned to Muncie we were elated, delicious donuts and great service. Today was so different and not in a good way. The selection was minimal and service far worse. It seems as though there is a higher interest being on and playing with their cell phones than caring for customers

We were very excited to give a new business a chance in the village, as the turnover is very high and we LOVE donuts, but have been very disappointed. More than half the times we are there they are out of donuts, the smoothies are ice and syrup (couldn't even finish it), and most recently we tried their ice cream. About $4 for 3 bites of ice cream, I have never seen a size to price ratio so insane, especially at a chain donut shop. Very sad this place was such a disappointment.

I have a dairy allergy so the only donuts I can have are the vegan donuts. When this location was being talked about, it was advertised as they were going to have vegan donuts so I was beyond ecstatic. However, every single time I have called or stopped into the store to get some, I am told they are out. This morning I was finally just told that they are not making vegan donuts at all because they didn’t sell when they were making them. I was also then told it was the owners choice. I have gotten the vegan donuts from another Jacks and there are only a SMALL amount of vegan donuts that are even made so I’m very disappointed that this owner can’t tend to the dietary restrictions of some people.

All the workers are great, and the donuts have been fantastic every time I have gone! It is a great addition to the Village, and it is a perfect spot to grab something to drink, or even just sit and work on things. I highly recommend!
