Jack's Donuts of Muncie

Everybody there was super nice and very helpful. My only problem is I got there at 8 AM and all the donuts were very dry and looked like they'd been sitting in the case for a long time. Very different from my Jack's back home. I'll probably go again to see if it's the same but a little disappointed this visit.

My FAVORITE place in the village. The staff is very nice, donuts are DELICIOUS, absolutely love the place. I go in the mornings to study and it is peaceful! Love this place.

Over all good donuts, the selection is not as good as the tillotson store had. We loved the cooke crumble donuts and my wife likes the gluten free option when they have them available.

They have an awesome upstairs lounge and classic donut shop offerings. The hours are 6:30 to 9 mist days so it's easy to stop in

We were very excited for Jack's Doughnuts to open, and we passed through today and were very surprised! The doughnuts, ice-cream, and coffee are all amazing 👏 The employees are sweet, and so is the atmosphere. They also have dog friendly treats locally sourced. Our husky approves!

Donuts are fantastic BUT the drive through service is awful. For some reason I had the intent to buy at least a dozen or two of donuts in the drive thru TWO separate days this week and no one has answered. This was a few minutes before 8am. Seems like prime donut time to me? Last drive thru even saw someone (employee?) sitting inside intently glued to their mobile device and completely oblivious. At this point I’m not even sure if their drive through is operational.
