Ordered a Carmel apple coffee cake,pick it up on Saturday ,it was burnt on the bottom, sides were hard as a rock, so I called them explaining what was wrong with it,I waited till Tuesday to pick up another one,got it home same problem, called them back spoke to a manager that assured me when I pick it up Tuesday, it was not burnt,well it was,she told me she check it herself, when I called to let her know that it was burnt again,I said you told me you check it, she then tells me that that's how they are made,I said I'm sorry its a coffee cake,not a crunch cake,I've never got a bad coffee cake from them,this time I said just refund it back on my debit card, she said it would take 3 day's to show up,I said that's fine ,that was Tuesday, it's now Saturday still no refund yet,

Top notch bakery with tons of yummy goods. Peanut butter chocolate cheesecake is extraordinary!

The bakery is great and so is the food. Some of the younger staff we encountered were a bit snippy and short with us.

My husband ordered my birthday cake from here and it is very delicious he git the cream cheese icing.

I'm not much for sweets but this is the place to go if you need a sugar rush. Best Bakery around!

Always have to go to Concannons when I am back in town. They have the best donuts and the staff is always friendly.

Always get our kids birthday cakes here. They do a great job.

Went on a Saturday bought doughnuts that was not fresh highly disappointed also spent over $50 in chocolate covered strawberries and pretzels to get home hand them out as a gift (the same day) for Valentine's to find every strawberry had mold on it.

Hands down the best bakery in central Indiana. Straight up, old school donuts and danishes to die for. It makes Muncie worth driving too.
