I was in last night and the young gentleman that helped me was so pleasant! Seems like you dont meet genuinely nice people any more. He helped me with what I needed, but unfortunately they did not have what I was looking for, and he ordered it to be shipped straight to my home! Cant wait!

Little more business than I thought there would be with everybody streaming these days it's very reassuring to me personally to see the people still read and not on computer screens or ebooks there's just something about paper and electronics can't touch and Barnes and Noble has it!

The B&N employees I interacted with were all very courteous, and the cafe mocha was delicious. I was disappointed that I was overcharged on checkout the full price for a book clearly marked 50% off and had to return to the store for a credit. Also, when I inquired about a book shelved on the sale rack but not stickered with a price, I was told they had no way to determine if it was on sale and so charged me the full price. It was either mis-shelved or mis-priced. Shouldn't the B&N computer system resolve such issues?

Enjoyed the whole shopping experience with my grandchildren. Did not enjoy checking out. We had several purchases and a glitch at the scanner caused the sales associate to have to key in most of my purchases. The customer screen went blank and I could not see the prices I was being charged or if I was being double charged. When she called someone for help the second person was no help with the problem and only seemed interested in wanting me to sign up as a member. Had to tell her three times I was not interested. Felt sorry for the original young salesperson.
