Have had only good experiences at this B&N. every time I go I leave with 4 books 📚

Just in love with this store <3 love the wide variety of genres, the clearance books section and the super knowledgeable & accommodating clerks. We always love to do some of our Christmas shopping in this store. We stop in every time we are in Springfield if only to browse. It's a wonderful place to pass the afternoon.

LOVE this store, the atmosphere and aesthetic is so warm and cozy and the staff is friendly and inviting every time! The selection of magazines, books and other literature is vast and interesting. Plus, Starbucks! Enough said!

Always creeps here, got yelled at by 2 seperate people not to take cafe food or drinks out of the cafe area while standing in line to get coffee in front of the giant red sign that said that as well. I had no intention of doing so, and i had to wait for a worker to stop whatever they where doing on the other side of the store and go to the cafe. Tables are disgusting covered in food and drink, and magazines that people had brought over and basically glued to the table with dried coffee. Felt very unwelcome but was r hungry would not recommend

Awesome place to relax, pick some books read awhile and have a drink and snack. A great place to have a calm and relaxing experience.

Helpful employees and excellent service.

Got help right away with finding a new Nook. The female that helped us at the display was very knowledgeable and also got us a new case. The male behind the check out counter was friendly, and took very good care of us. Overall a great experience and got just what I wanted! Thanks!

I always love going here. I'm at the coffee shop multiple times a week and I've never had a bad experience. Staff in the bookstore is very friendly and helpful, I can always find specific books I am looking for. The store is easy to get lost in, whether you are shopping for yourself or for someone else.

If you go in ask for Zac! He was able to take us to every type of book we needed, no matter the genre, and recommended different/new books that he thought would interest us. Very nice and extremely helpful.

I love Barnes & Noble. They have a huge selection of books and other fun things (like games and fun gifts!) Plus the staff is always very nice and helpful. It seems like it would be lovely place to work. I'm glad this business appears to be thriving in this internet age.
