It’s always busy, reason is because they are great! Orders are always correct and service is fast once order is put in. Would recommend.

The apple cider donut ice cream is Fabulous, the horchata was too sweet ,I ordered with brown sugar. 1st timer-- so I would try other choices of drizzle. The chocolate cake ice cream with caramel drizzle, a winner as well. Many more flavors to try....

Great drinks I drive almost an hour weekly or lil more when I have a Starbucks and Dunkin close to me.I always grab a few to take with me

I had never been here before, but I had been eyeing it since they opened up, and my friends had raved about it. So I decided to try it out one day. I ordered 5 things for the family and they were all hits. We ordered in the fall so we were able to try their apple cider chai and ice cream with apple cider donut. Both were delicious. I'm just wondering how cream of sorts would be in the chai. I ordered it without the foam as I don't tend to like foam in my drinks. but now I wonder if it would have made it better.

We also tried the macchiato(brown sugar drizzle, caramel syrup, regular sweetness), horchata(with butter pecan syrup), and the blueberry acai and the family all enjoyed those.

However the Macchiato was pretty sweet, next time we order, we will probably get it at half sweetness. But it was still delicious!

The only reason I'm giving a 4 star, is not the stores fault at all, but rather the online/delivery aspect.

Online, the order didn't want to go through, I had to "confirm" it like 5 times before it processed. That made me wonder if it was going to go through 5 times or not at all.

Then I asked the delivery driver to ring the doorbell when they arrived, and they did not. It was like 5 minutes before I looked at my phone (because I was watching the time on my computer, rather than my phone.) and I did get a confirmation for delivery. Dated 5 minutes before.

Overall, I do want to order again. Their drinks/treat that we all tried were very good. I would 100% recommend trying them out.
(If you like using straws, they have the big boba plastic straws.) and its easier to take the tab off the top of the cup/can/bottle(?) once you open it, then insert the straw.

Also if you have NOT ordered from them before, and you were wondering what material the cup can bottle is made from, its plastic with metal on top. (I was sort of wondering that myself, and figured it was plastic, but just in case anyone wanted confirmation about it.)

It had amazing boba and always good for the summertime! Tastes great

Such a great place. My husband and I have been here twice so far. We would have came more if i wasn't pregnant. We're about to drive from Janesville WI in the next half hour to come visit 1 more time before my daughter is due in 2 weeks. So excited for the fall flavors.

This shop is great, the menu items are fun and delicious. The kids had a great time getting the boba out of their drink.
