Been waiting for this stores opening since Rockford has needed a good boba place.
Drinks are awesome. Staff is friendly and the place is very niche.

**New update: They fixed their low boba amount and offer for their new spring collection an option for extra boba and a few other functions for other drinks such as the Chai. **

Candy cloud is fantastic. Never had coffee in this form before. It's actually better than Starbucks cold brew and sweet cream. You even get to add boba!! However you spell it! You know what I mean 🤪! They were so fast and thr Americans with sweet cream was🔥🔥! I'm a huuuuuuge fan of SBUX, but please understand that this place is driving a wedge in my loyalties!

Now if I could just find a lifetime membership that gave me free Candy Cloud drinks 🤔🙄😃

First time there and everything for the most part was self-explanatory. It's a different experience placing your order on a kiosk but it was detailed of what you were ordering and went page by page for add-ons and showed you your "cart" and could add more or remove. You can add a name then wait for your name to be called when your order is complete. Boba was delicious and also enjoyed the strawberry popping boba! Basically no interaction with a worker until they hand you your drinks. Luckily there was a couple before me so I watched what they did and knew how to order 😊

We had the orange dreamsicle drink and mint shake and both were very very good. Might get a couple to go home. They also do vegan options using oatmilk for the shakes and such. I think the person behind the counter could be closer to the ordering station so they can answer questions instead of a buzzer.

‼️Just a heads-up that there is a smaller size available- a 12 oz. Unfortunately, it cost more than the 16 oz used to cost (5.00), but I suppose that is the result of everything in the food industry going up in price. 🫤
➡️ I would recommend paying the extra dollar to get the 16 oz size (6.50).

Amazing customer service and a very strong drive for customer satisfaction. After a miscommunication about the loyalty program the owner reached out to me personally and was able to express sincerity and compassion in a quick phone conversation that clarified what the issue was and left me wanting to get more of their delicious drinks! I strongly recommend trying their seasonal flavors when you get the chance, but their regular menu is astounding and the shaken espresso is always a great choice if you're a coffee lover and they even have Oat milk substitution options for those that don't drink dairy products (always a huge plus).

Yum! I got the cookies n cream frappe and a cold brew vanilla Carmel plus a hot toasted marshmallow hot chocolate. For 3 drinks was about $20 with the tip

This is such a cute place! I love that you have the freedom to make your own drink or use theirs.
You order your drink on a kiosk or on your phone through the app which is pretty cool.
The orders are made pretty quickly and the staff have always been helpful!
I’m ready for fall to come back so I can have my apple cider slush with caramel.

Amazing idea. Modern and refreshing to experience a business that is earth freindly and delicious. Great alternative to Starbucks.

First time here, me and my cousin got the double strawberry lemonade and it was delicious. Pretty sweet, more than I'm use to but it was great. Keep up the great work 👊🏾👊🏾
