Fire Dept. Coffee Roasting Facility

Stalked FDC for sometime and finally pulled the pin and ordered a few things online from them. As a 1st time customer I was entitled to a few discounts as well as a promo item. Unfortunately their order submission form only allowed for one coupon. I emailed to let them know of their glitch. I was not looking for multiple discounts, just wanted to let them know. They immediately reduced my order cost and contacted me. They also followed up when there was some confusion with my delivery address. Every single person who reached out to me went above and beyond. FDC has renewed my faith that true customer service still exists. BZ FDC!
