This place can take all my money. The donuts are sooooooooooo good Dunkin’ Donuts could never.

They need better customer service. Not even the manager is friendly along with the whole staff. The donuts are good but won’t be going there ever again due to lack of customer service. I tried them out a few weeks in a row the donuts are the best but the poor or lack of customer service and rudeness sadly will stop me from going there any more.

Came to Stans to meet another web developer while visiting Chicago. He recommend Stans because of his son's allergies which I happy to go to. It was overwhelming with all the choices but the staff was great and didnt rush us. They answered all our questions. Will go back.

My favorite donuts!! Edna reccomended The seasonal German chocolate cake, and it was one of the best donuts I ever had. I forgot to ask for cream in my coffee and the barista Aduh was super nice about it!!

Stan's Donuts is unique in the sense of their style. I have not been to their other location but I think it would be cool if they used different colors for each store and sold merch in that color as well. It had been my first time coming here and the breakfast sandwich was pretty good, but the wait time was a little longer than expected. When I told my Wife I was there, she said that place is excellent and to bring home sinus for her to try...I obliged and she said they were excellent. Also my daughter's got donuts and they said they were great. If you ever have the chance of going there please do, you will not regret it.

Great donuts, including some tasty gluten free options! A bit pricey, but lots of great variety. They also have a 5K run in the summer where they give out mini donuts along the path!

I can’t believe I drove 45 minutes to Stan’s donuts and they don’t have any donuts. Dunkin’ Donuts is horrible

I feel like I always have a ton of questions when I come here - the staff has never been anything short of outstanding with both their patience and information.

Definitely a bit pricier than other places, but the quality justifies it in my mind. My better half tries to avoid dairy/meat, and their vegan donuts are INCREDIBLY good. Couldn't tell the difference if I didn't know in advance.

Meanwhile, last month I had the 3 best donuts of my life - a chocolate covered buttercream filled one, a red velvet, and a blueberry one that I believe was a fritter - I think I hit my sugar quota for the month with them but as good as any desserts I've ever had. A must-try when you're looking for a guilty pleasure :)

We were there this morning, and they tried to charge us $49.70 for 6 donuts and a coffee. When we questioned it, the person ringing us out, said oh that’s not good. Then another worker came over and deleted the additional charge. The when they showed us what the charges were, $9.34 was on there for a tip when my husband selected no tip. That’s a great gig paying $10 for $18 in donuts and a coffee. So then the girl started yelling at us and saying, “You know what you can just take your stuff and go, (in a derogatory tone) it’s complimentary. Just go it’s fine. Your coffee is down there.” Both of us said that we weren’t looking to get it for free. We just wanted to pay the correct amount. So another guy joins the conversation and she said, “I credited everything back, so you will have to re-ring it.” He did, then we paid and headed to the other end of the counter and I picked up the coffee and the guy said, “Let me see the name on that coffee.” We just walked out with the coffee with my husband’s name on it completely upset after being treated like we were trying to get something for free. We can’t believe it. If we did not pay attention, we would have paid $30 more. Sad. How do you not know that you rang something up that is $30 more than it should be?

Awesome place for doughnuts. They have vegan options, which buys my loyalty here. Almost no other doughnut shop in the area does this.

My only wishes are that they have MORE vegan options and that they make MORE vegan doughnuts daily. I often find they are out of one of the vegan varieties or are very low in stock. Why not make more if they sell out of vegan ones quick?
