I think their donuts are very good and tasty. The only problem I have is that they are not clear on what is "regular donuts & specialty donuts".
A dozen of regular donuts is $19.99 and the specialty donuts are $29.99.
I specifically asked for one dozen of regular donuts and a half dozen of a variety of donuts. To my surprise the lady behind the counter told me that it would be $45!!
I asked her why, since I order regular so called donuts at $19.99 a dozen. She told me that I picked a few specialty donuts so the dozen was $29.99 and the half dozen at $10.99+ tax.
Thankfully one of the mangers adjusted the price, so thank you for taking care of me.
I still think that they need to properly label their products and make it clear what is regular and what is specialty. To me a donut is a donut, I have gone to a lot of donut shops across the country and never heard of this craziness. How can they justify charging customers $10.00 more if one of their specialty donuts ends up in the same box of regular donuts? Get real!!!.
Your prices are already outrageously high. They are just donuts and the main ingredients are flour and sugar, not diamonds and gold.

I love their donuts. Even though I'm on a no sugar plan. When I did eat them they melt in your mouth. The coffee is outstanding. The best part is the people and the manager there is one of the nicest people I've ever interacted. Go get your donut fix!!!

The coffee was highly recommended by the cashier, but it was not flavorful. My boys did not like their sprinkle donut, they said it was not "Yummy". I got the Peanut Butter pocket, it was ok. It could have been better if the peanut butter was creamy, but it was dry and a bit hard. My husband liked his Buttermilk bar, but he said his Pistachio lemon tasted like paint. I really liked my old fashioned pumpkin donut though, that one saved the day! But 1 out of 8 is not worth traveling 30min.

I'm delighted that more locations are opening. I've been to at least 4 locations in Chicago and I end up leaving when they are too busy. When I do make it to the front of the line, I know I'll like their donuts, I love the bagels, and the coffee is smooth. Depending on the associate, they may actually put the cream cheese on the bagel, while some just give you the container. At these prices, you should get it the way you want it. Still, more yummy than yuck.

Coffee is delicious, especially the Coffee Frappe and Nitro Brew. Pretzel bagels are bangin'. Donuts are good and I don't even like donuts. Definitely a big difference from the usual Dunkin and Starbucks.

Nice outdoor seating and delicious fancy donuts to choose from, plus bagels and all kinds of tea and coffee drinks. As other reviews mention, this place is pretty expensive. The medium cappuccino is quite small by USA standards, 8oz, and that plus a donut cost me $8. My brother was even more upset as his 2 donuts and coffee cost him $16. So be prepared for the prices, and then you'll enjoy the experience.
Their breakfast sandwiches are also super delicious!
