This was my second time to Stan's and first time to this location.
The people who work here are super sweet and very helpful. I had a hard time deciding because I was hoping they would have strawberry, but they had run out, so I ordered an old fashioned, while my boyfriend ordered 2 glazed. However, the man behind the counter saw my face light up when he mentioned blueberry cream cheese that tastes like cheesecake, so he threw one in as a gift so I could try it.
I'm sure I'll love it, like I do most things that taste like cheesecake.
We also ordered a large mocha and a shot of espresso. My boyfriend raves about the mocha (which I tried this time and it's amazing!) and I love their cappuccinos, but I just had dinner so I wanted the caffeine without the filling milk -hence espresso shot.

This location has a really cool designed interior with lights that remind me of Broadway/old dinner.

Love this company and love the customer service!

This donut shop is on Goldbelly so we we knew it must be really good. I am so glad I finally got to come here in person. There is nothing like a fresh donut. They have a large selection, and everything looked super fresh. It was still breakfast time, but there were a lot of workers taking orders so we didn't have to wait at all. We had lemon pistachio, which was the best one we tried and I highly recommend it. The red velvet was surprisingly light and not too sweet. The croissant donut was not impressive though, I would skill that. Their coffee was decent too and you can't beat these Midwest prices.

Had tried at least 3 times to get their signature donuts and this time I finally got: Cronut, Nutella pocket, blueberry cream cheese pocket and a lemon pistachio old fashion. 1. Cronut: 7/10 in Cronut’s world. It’s good, but not great. Kinda saggy a little bit, and I don’t quite like the custard in the middle. It is below my expectation. 2. Nutella pocket: 6/10. Too sweet, if you are a Nutella person, you probably like it more. 3. Blueberry cream cheese pocket: 8/10. Pretty good, and sourness from cream cheese balances the sweetness. Recommend smearing the (real) blueberry jam on the donut. 4. Lemon pistachio old fashion: 5/10. Don’t like it, no pistachio flavor. Would rather eat an plain old fashion. Overall, good but overpriced donuts, nothing very special.

They have the best donuts in town. They also have gluten free donuts which is why we started coming here. They are always packed on holidays so make sure you order ahead. They also have specials for things like mothers day which are really nice to get in and out.

Always very clean. Easy 5 stars!

So I enjoyed their breakfast options and their coffee, I just had one thing that sort of took me by surprise. They don’t give out traditional condiments other than ketchup and cream for your coffee, and it’s all dependent on who is taking your order through the drive through. I went a few times and had the loveliest girl 👧🏾 super sweet and very friendly. Adored her energy!! I asked for ketchup and honey, and she pulls out a box full of honey and grabs a few and then did the same for the ketchup and hands them to me. I got the next day and get a guy with glasses and a beard 🧔🏾 he’s nice when taking my order but after I left my tip, he takes the machine back and I ask for the same items I got the day before from the super sweet girl “can I have ketchup and 2 honeys?” And he’s clearly lies and says “oh ketchups in the bag and we don’t have honey here” so I said “no problem, do you guys have any jelly’s or jams for the breakfast sandwiches?” He says “no, we don’t offer those here either, just ketchup”

The following day I go and get the super sweet girl, and she again, hands me honey and ketchup. Just out of curiosity, I asked if they offered jelly’s or jams and she sweetly said “yes of course, we have grape, and strawberry, would you like for me to get you some?” I said, “ah no, I just wanted to know for future reference.

I would have given this place the full 5 stars but found it incredibly strange of that small detail. It kinda bugged me because, who lies about such trivial things. I just wish the sweet girls level of service could be duplicated across every drive through server. But nevertheless, if you get her, you can rest easy and know that you’ll be taken care of.

I had a red velvet cake donut and it was very good, not to sweet at all. She had the Boston cream donut and again not to sweet very good. I had a Carmel frappe and it is creamy, fluffy, and sweet. She had the Black and Tan cold brew. It has a smooth taste.

I love Stan’s in the city! This one was OK. They had gnats inside of the glass case w/ the donuts… would not recommend that. Coffee (decaf) was definitely not decaf as I was bouncing off the walls an hr after consuming. Cute decor inside.

The place has a real throwback look and the mechanic shirts on the employees is really cool. The donuts are a little rich, this ain't no Dunkin.

Sadly would not recommend.

Stan's has the right look going for it, the right name as it reminds me of Wayne's World and hey is a movie that celebrate Chicago culture! As well as has free internet.

Ordered two dounts and a medium coffee. The coffee tasted plain and seemed to have an off taste. The donut i ordered were a glazed and a a Reese pieces type on that had a chocolate taste. The glaze had an off taste as well and felt that it was a little stale. The reese one, however, was hard to consume and had a overpowering chocolate taste that made it taste more like a bad cake than a donut sadly. I could only eat half of it as it was making me feel sick as well as the after tatse havimg an odd tatse.

For a place called Stan's dounts i was expecting more and what i got was an overpriced ($9 for coffee and 2 donuts) and over powered donut that seemed not to be made right as well as gave me a little headace. Would not recommend sadly and would recommend for a good donut in the area to try Lilac Bakery in Lombard or Kuppies Bakery in Villa Park. For this direct area of Oak Brook Terrance, your best option is Dunkin on Roosevelt or the 7-11 down the street. Cheaper and better.

This place is really neat. The staff was friendly and the food and coffee were delicious. The sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich was really good.
