I thought this place was a great place until I went and set down to do some work. I ordered a grilled cheese with avocado, tried sitting on the table to and grab a napkin and the sandwich hit the floor. I tried to get them to remake the sandwich only to be told I would have to pay half the price to get another one ,money waste..... I will never eat here again, I am not repaying for a sandwich that fell to the floor I should have been given a new sandwich.

I've been going to Robust for years! The owners are friendly, accommodating, and knows their regular customers. We go there for breakfast and lunch. I have not had a bad experience! Great place to work, study, or meet a friend.

I have been coming to Robust for quite a while even prior to the pandemic. The food is always fresh. I ordered a breakfast and lunch sandwich. It was a little pricey and it took a while to get it. Maybe I can order online for faster service. I had stopped coming due to a FB post that mentioned a situation with someone who was homeless. I was a little discouraged by the behavior of the establishment and hope that it was an isolated incident. I want to give this place the benefit of the doubt.

This coffee Shop has zero integrity and zero consistency. First off, they are slow as hell. They put the slowest person on coffee. They have zero regard for people’s time. I ordered to pick up from Uber eats, it said an 50-55 minutes to pick up. Coffee and a breakfast sandwich. I don’t get home from work till 4am, so I feel asleep. I woke up later and sent my son to get my food. They told him they through it out. They took my money, through my food out and refused to remake it saying they were getting ready to close, yet they don’t close til 3pm. It’s a reason why the neighborhood keeps boycotting this place. The customer service sucks and the owner doesn’t care for people of color.

Very cool place, nice vibes, dope 80's soundtrack. Nostalgic newsprint, speakeasy aesthetic. The coffee was REALLY GOOD (white chocolate mocha), that biscuit was NOT a biscuit. Not at all suitable for a sandwich. It was 2 full slices of cornbread with my turkey sausage, egg and cheese in between. Terrible. Once the before-school crowd dissipated, it became extremely peaceful, and I immediately thought I could've brought my laptop. I'll definitely return, and possibly bring others.

I've been trying different items on the menu to love this place as much as my partner does. I tried the Sausage Biscuit was more biscuit than sausage. The staff are always friendly and safe. I enjoy ALL the drinks and pastries. I hope to find something on the menu, I can love as much as my partner loves the Brisket Grilled Cheese.

My husband love’s the biscuits and gravy with fried egg, and requested it for his birthday breakfast. I ordered it through Doordash, and in the notes asked them to write Happy Birthday on it. Not only did they do that they also sent him Happy Birthday donuts for free. That was so sweet and considerate. Great customer service. Thank you!

I still love this place after been going for 12 years but ever since this Vaccinated Card required, I feel treated unfairly by Couple of Young Women Staffs, they been knowing me as their regular customers, why was I the only one been asked for AN IDENTIFICATION CARD with Vaccinated Card and then she was giving me an Attitude, and I did see that the young guy was back working there and he was always rude to me. Again I feel treated unfairly and they just lost me as an customer of 12 years. Unfortunately I am done.

I'm so glad to have come across this place. Great atmosphere, community spot, kind and informative staff, delicious coffee! I will be back!!!
