Their Kenya Kirinyaga is one of the best roasts in the US. This location is always fast and friendly, and their automated pourover (which, reminder, you can get for free if you buy a bag of beans) is always great.

Great coffee, great service. As a Chicagoan, why go to Starbucks when you can buy local? The coffee tastes better and it just feels right

GREAT coffee and fast service. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They also sell Do-Rite donuts and have some pretty tasty breakfast sandwiches.

Decent coffee but overpriced. Got the white nitro (which is usually great) but last time was missing most of the flavor in the white. Also often understocked at the sugar/condiments station

I’ve only lived across the street from Big Shoulders for a week, but I am ready to give up every other coffee shop for this place. Every drink is DELICIOUS.

Nitro tasted like old cold brew. I go to several locations, this one was bad. Gave them another buy, same result. Never again!! NOT to the BSC standards!

Ordered a nitro cold Brew with cream and cardamom, and shoot dang was it delicious.

The location is small, so not a lot of space to sit around, unless you head into the lobby area of the building.
