What can I say.. I love Peets! This location is very busy but they are so fast & friendly. I can’t say enough good things about this coffee shop. Even tho it’s part of a shopping district, it still feels line a neighborhood spot!!

Their staff are always so friendly! Must try the iced almond milk matcha latte with three pumps of caramel apple. It's their newest fall flavor. This combination was recommended by a barista and it is amazing!!!

Highly Recommend: This store is awesome from employees, service , to drinks they make. Sadly, this is one of the few Peet's stores around this area left. I'd say usually it is pretty busy, so order ahead if you can.

First. I cannot believe how delicious the latte is. I can actually taste the bean flavor--i never realized it was missing until we started making lattes at home. At other coffee shops, the lattes taste like water, what's the point? Everyone that works here is nice and friendly. They treat you like you are a human being vs the austentatious attitude Starbucks gives off. I just want a coffee in a nice atmosphere. ❤

I found it a bit too heavy and missed the traditional cappuccino or iced latte.

This staff is SO BRILLIANT and hard-working I was amazed. I needed a reprint of a receipt and even though we had trouble finding it, they didn't rest until they found it in their system. Most workers say, "sorry, we can't reprint it" without trying too hard. Peet's staff went above and beyond to find it. Very caring and extraordinary workers!

Cute little coffee shop. Finally found a decent coffee in Chicago where there isn't a massive queue. I also had a chocolate croissant which was pretty good. The staff were good considering they were quite busy.
No toilets for the public which is a shame. There are a few seats inside available
