Very friendly barista and good quality coffee. Their location is great you just have to pay attention a little bit since their entrance is kind of small and hidden. They do have lots of good and unique flavors like rose and agave. Their prices is also very reasonable for what they offer. Definitely will come back

Great coffee drinks! This little coffee place needs accurate and better signage to help tourists like me figure out where to order without having to ask. Help yourself to water, but pay no attention to the sign offering water with bubbles, cuz there’s only still tap water. Skip the cramp tiny space to drink your coffee and head right up stairs to the warm, darn, cozy lounge if the Chicago athletic club! They have 3 fireplaces up there and a full bar!

Stopped by while at Millennium Park. Great chocolate croissants (all pastries looked good)! Lots of beverage options. Tried an iced Elixir... Mayan something... great spices. Great baristas and service. Also found a hidden architectural view... the beautiful marble staircase inside the Chicago Athletic Association Hilton Hotel (same building).

Great local specialty coffee shop. They have a pour over menu ( it's on the left) and espresso drinks. They were fairly busy but the line still moved fairly quick. The staff seemed friendly. I got a local roasters Ethiopian pour over and it was good, exactly what I expected and hoped for. If you looking for specialty coffee this is a great place downtown. I would recommend and would love to come back.

Cute, busy cafe with great coffee! We stop in here every now and again when we visit the Art Institute. Even on busier mornings, we can usually get in and out with our coffee and baked goods pretty easily. The decor is well done and we enjoy waiting near the lobby. Coffee and lattes are also always high quality!

If you have not experienced pour-over coffee stop it Fairgrounds. They do the pour-over style which gift such bold flavor to your cup of coffee. The decor on the inside is very nice and the staff are very friendly and efficient in their coffee making processes.

5 pm, Sept.10th > walked in to order cappuccino. Man and women behind counter didn't even look and kept their conversation until I finished looking at menu to say "hi"...then they turned around. Cappuccino was expensive, heavy with milk, .. no froth but ton of small bubbles. Already knew milk wasn't prepared properly. After walking to my car to take little sip and it literally burned my tongue!!! Even after 5 hours my tongue feels unnatural. So fake and act like barista, yet ..... the guy just boiled milk and poured ....! So, unprofessional and no way this place can be considered as specialty coffee shop. You have many options at other location with drinks prepared with care. Do NOT visit this place, my money and tip totally wasted.

Great little shop! Service was pretty slow and no place to sleep but that was because they were busy!

Yummy nitro brew and oat milk latte. Coffee is swiftly served while the calming vibe and beautiful interior create a more relaxing space.

I ordered a hot latte and it was served luke warm at best. When I went back to ask the barista to heat it she made me feel like I was asking for too much. If you’re paying $7-8 for a simple latte when it’s cold outside the least you’d expect is for it to be hot and the barista to be accommodating.
