Fitzgerald's Bicycles - Idaho Falls

We purchased our bikes after plenty of test rides and research. The staff was friendly, patience and very helpful. They answered all of our questions and concerns. Although we could have bought the same bikes from other places they earned our business by their professional insight and service! Thanks!

The folks at Fitzgerald's are all nice, they're knowledgable, and they're genuinely excited by bicycles! I'm relatively new to town, and the folks at this shop have made me feel at home - from last-minute small repairs to large repairs to custom orders. I couldn't recommend a shop more highly. PLUS, they have a new espresso machine, and they can pull a mean shot!!!

This is definitely the go-to bicycle shop in Idaho Falls. I am always treated with respect every time I head in here. The staff are very knowledgeable on both high and low-end bikes and they even have a small coffee shop so you're able to sip an espresso while btowsing or waiting for your bike to get worked on. Awesome place!

They had winter hours, but I was lucky enough there were a couple of gents working on projects (sign on the door says to ring the back door buzzer between 10 a.m. and noon, in case they are there working on projects). They greeted me with smiles and were bery personable. They installed an inner tube on my jogging stroller wheel in minutes the price was more than fair. Fantastic guys, great service. Thank you!

All of the employees were very helpful and friendly. The store is brand new so they're still getting set up but so far the have a great selection and knowledgeable staff. I was talking with Kyle and he told me they will have a coffee shop set up in the next month or so (that would be around May) and they'll have coffee, espresso etc. This is a nice addition to Idaho Falls. I would highly recommend checking them out. Broke my Grandson's bike Sunday morning. Neither of us were happy. Kyle, at Fitzgerald's, replaced the broken parts in 15 minutes. All is right, my Grandson is happy and I am grateful. Great customer service, kind and knowledgeable. A great bike store.

I,d been planning on a minor tuneup on my bike for the last year and finally I was motivated when I learned it was “support local business day”, and I had my eye on Fitzgerald’s since they moved into Idaho Falls. Eric and Ryan wowed me on their professionalism and accommodation for me getting my bike in on short notice and doing such a great job. I’m impressed with the adaptation that Fitzgerald’s has demonstrated during this pandemic.

I bought my smokin' bike at Fitzgerald's and had its 30 day checkup today. I wanted an old school kickstand put on it too and voila'...after finding out if that was possible, DONE! I love Fitzgerald's customer service and talent of the individuals who, indeed, are bicycle specialists. From fitting me with the bicycle taylored to fit my needs and desires to maintenance and customization, FITZGERALD'S ROCKS! Thanks, Praise, and a Standing "O" for jobs well done!

Dropped by at the start of my ride to buy a new rear light. The folks inside were super friendly! They gave me awesome advice about local rides.

These guys are awesome. I have used them 3 times for maintenance stuff and they are the best.....and come up with custom solutions for a modified bikes that didn't cost too much...highly recommend 👍
