Hands down the best bike shop in Idaho Falls! Taylor has been fantastic to work with. The service shop is super knowledgeable and great to work with as well. You can now buy a cup of coffee in the shop, does it really get any better?

Super unprofessional. We ordered a bike and were told it would arrive in a week. Two weeks later we called and were told it was in and waiting to be built, it would be done in three days. One week later we called and were told they screwed up the order and had ordered a new one and it would be ready Thursday. It’s Friday. We still don’t have the bike. Maybe some of this could have been excused if they had bothered to call and communicate their mistake when they found it instead of waiting for us to call. The bike is currently at the shop but evidently our build is not priority despite our ridiculous wait. I think four weeks should put us first in line, no?

Best bike shop in the area. Everyone I have interacted with has been knowledgeable and wanted to help. All very friendly and trying to get you into the right product, they aren't just trying to push a sale.

I needed to replace the tubes of my tires and they were super enthusiastic and got it done a timely manner. It was also pretty cheap! Definitely will go back!

Taylor killed it will customer service! Stopped by to purchase a Tenkara Rod Co. fishing rod. Only place I could find them in stock locally. She was knowledgable and super stoked. A pleasure to deal with. Ended up leaving with an Electra beach cruiser on order for my wife and a plan to order 2 more for my daughters. Great job Fitzgeralds.

These guys were great. We ordered two bike trailers. They had them assembled on time and had us on our way. We appreciated both the sales team and the service.

What an amazing shop, from the minute I walked in I felt was at home. Every body was super helpful and gave me great information on the bike that was perfect for my riding style. After they got me the perfect bike they decked it so it matched my personality! If you need great service and a killer deal hit these guys up leave feeling good.

These guys are great! Excellent, knowledgeable bike mechanics who fix difficult problems and keep bikes running smoothly. The bike fit “studio” is super cool. No high pressure sales, just really great people to work with. Love my bike, love my bike fit!

Unfortunately was unable to do business. Very clean an organized store. Walked in and no acknowledgement. Both employees were with customers so I waited and walked around until someone was free. To my surprise, no acknowledgement, so I left and the employee that was freed up was outside talking some washing a bike.
