The Cocoa Bean- Bakery, Drinks, Ice Cream

Taste great, fell in love with it when I first drank it, but the service is questionable. Came here 4 times and twice out of the 4 times my order was made wrong.

1st time was a miscommunication since it was our first time ordering, so I understand. At least they gave a replacement with the right order.

2nd time. My hazelnut cocoa frappe never had caramel topping after I got the same drink 5 times here and Rexburg, but this time they added caramel on it instead of chocolate. When I realized it, I asked them, and they said “Depends on who makes it.” They didn’t give me replacement and just added chocolate on top.

It is not listed on the ingredients and I don’t understand how they could just add stuff as they like. What if I am allergic to caramel and all this time I’ve been fine because it never had caramel, but all of a sudden they added that to the drink and I didn’t realize it?!

Better training for employees please.

Nice clean bakery had some wonderful cupcakes and cookies. We got the macaroons and a larger delicious cookie. So good. Friendly service very nice not to busy on a Friday night. Highly recommended!

Buy 10 cupcakes get two free. It’s been a while since I’ve been back to get cupcakes here but the prices have improved it seems like. $27 for a dozen cupcakes. The cupcakes are always delicious and always look amazing. Go grab a dozen.

Blew me away, soft moist cupcakes, adorable cake pops, amazing cold drinks. Just blown away by this little shop! Great prices seriously if you havent been come in because it is worth it!

I've always really liked the cupcakes, and the drinks are really great too.
My last visit.. the girl behind the counter was really nice and helpful but the cupcakes... idk. Mine really lacked flavor. If you blindfolded me and asked me to guess what it was, I would never have said chocolate. The texture was really off too. Reminded me of when i made a batch and forgot to add something.

Yum. Yum. YUM. I'm usually not a big cupcake fan, but these cupcakes are delectable. It's always a treat to get to stop at The Cocoa Bean on a visit to Idaho Falls. They're reasonably priced as well. It's crazy that you can get a huge, gourmet cupcake for under $3. Treat yourself to one of their baked goods. Your taste buds will thank you for it.

The cupcakes are delious but they seem to be smaller in size.....and for $3.00 a cupcake I don't like being asked if I want to leave a tip. When I pay with my debit card the cashier always turns the computer screen around for me to leave a tip. If you don't want to tip your suppose to click "no tip".....this is embarrassing and uncalled for.
Maybe they should stop with the huge box the cupcakes come in. That's where all the money goes.
I just want a cupcake.... not an expensive box

Sub par at best. Coconut lime cookie was stale and sugar cookie tasted old. Ice cream was freezer burnt and same blender was used for the previous 3 orders and no rinse even. Also took 35 minutes to even be served. Would not recommend in the slightest.

This place has a little bit of everything when it comes to desserts. Cupcakes, cookies, ice cream, frozen drinks. It's a great place when you have a family who has diverse dessert wants.
My favorite cupcake is the chocolate Raspberry one, with the white cream cheese frosting and the raspberry on top. Always moist, delicious, and the perfect amount of sweet.

My daughter loves their german chocolate ice cream. My other daughter got a frappe and it was amazing too! You just can't go wrong here.

We had a surprise 80th birthday party for my Mom recently. My sister got cupcakes from this business and can I say OMG they were the best I’ve ever had! Soft, melt in your mouth and so much flavor! I don’t think I can do cupcakes from anywhere else now!! Totally delicious!!!
